• They've provided good continental breakfast.
• Hotel is in poor condition.

“This Quality Inn hotel has been bought by Sea Heaven but the name has not been updated. Hotel/room condition is poor. Not recommended.”

• Huge kitchen and right on the beach!
• Not enough parking space but they have another lot across the road.

“Check in was so easy that I was amazed! We had a balcony that looked out to the beach and the kitchenette was huge. A real freezer and fridge, coffee maker, sink, stove, cabinets and a small supply of utensils. There is a rental station right in front of you as you walk onto the beach. My kids loved the jet skis and banana boat rides. This place is old, but well kept.”

“My son used for Spring Break experience. He loved it. Because all of the rooms had balconies he was able to connect with other kids staying at the hotel and it made it more fun. He loved the ocean view. It took 2 hours for the staff to check him out because they had to inspect his room first. This made for a longer commute home. They also immediately charged my credit card instead of using as a back up upon check in. This was severely inconvenient.”

• Great location, pretty nice hotel. Better than expected.
• Key card machine was broke, so staff had to let us in every time.

“Overall experience was great. The key card machine was broke, so every time we wanted back in our room we had to go get a staff member and wait for them to let us in. Beautiful location and nice sized rooms with great balcony/view.”

• Dirty, needed more security, loud guests, breakfast not as described.

“Nice size rooms, not good during spring break. Too many people partying during our stay even late at night. Breakfast was moved to another location and was not as described when I called to confirm what breakfast items were available.”

• The view of the beach was great.

“The hotel was very clean, even though it was full of spring breakers. The front desk was very helpful and had things like toothbrushes if you forgot them. You could walk to all of the shops and to all the great food.”

• The staff and hotel were both great. The view was great also.
• The hotel amenities in the rooms were very old and outdated.

• The location could not be better.
• Not as clean as most hotels, spring break policies preposterous.

“I planned this vacation for my fiancées birthday. We vacationed during spring break season, and though we do not look like partiers, because we are both under 25. They also asked that we wear wrist bands around the premises, but we did not do this, and had no consequences. Only necessary for the continental breakfast. The room was cleaner than I feared, thankfully, and we had a good time. Location is perfect, right on the beach and not in the middle of the big condos where spring breakers who look no older than high scholars roam the streets. Parties persisted through the night, but that's nothing a pair of ear plugs, or a heavy sleeper, would not alleviate. Spring break would be the worst time to be in PCB unless you are a student, so I suggest you go anytime after mid-April, during Summer.”

“The hotel needed some general maintenance. The grounds at the rear of the hotel were a mess and basic room hardware was falling off the walls. With Spring Break in full swing, the hotel staff kept it all together very well.”

• The balcony that looked out over the beach.
• Our room was dirty when we got there and was not cleaned the entire 5 days we were there. Our keys did not work and we had to be let into our room.

“This hotel was horrible. The maid service was not up to par. Our room was filthy and was not cleaned during our entire stay. Our window was taped together with duct tape. We did not have working keys during our entire stay. We all got some type of rash due to the filthiness of the room. Please take this hotel off of your list because your customers will be very dissatisfied.”

“I visited the hotel at spring break time, so I was surprised that it was clean and neat despite the college kids crowd. We had a room with the balcony at the seaside, so we had a wonderful view at the sunset. That was great. The breakfast was served in the beach bar right next to the hotel, it was ok.”

• Great location, right on the beach.
• I left a digital camera in my room (never took it out) they stole it. Room smelt like urine.

“When I checked in and went to my room, the strong odor of urine welcomed me into my room. I left a camera in my room (I never took it out of the room) and have called many times to inquire about it and they have not returned any of my phone calls. Apparently the housekeepers are thiefs and can not properly clean the rooms.”

• Receptionist was very mean.

“Overall, this hotel was excellent from the amenities to the location and the balcony overlooking the ocean. I would definitely recommend it to any travelers who are looking for fun (because it is a generally loud hotel with many spring breakers). However, the only I have to say bad about it is the receptionist at the front desk. I forgot her name but she was African American and was quite rude. She told me she didn't have time to see if my room was available by phone because it was more important for her to attend to the guests that were physically there, and said that if I wanted to know if my room's available, I would have to show up myself because she "doesn't have time" for me. Other than that I would recommend the hotel because all the other staffs were extremely friendly.”

• It was great for the price, and the location on the beach was a plus.
• They should have more accommodations. We had to leave our rooms to get certain items that are usually delivered.

“I was a little nervous because of the bad reviews I saw. However, the hotel has been renovated and has met my expectations. It was not the best stay, but for the price, it was worth it and I would stay again.”
