• More than half way of our trip.
• The ceiling in the room we stayed in appeared to have a leak.

• Friendly staff, fast response to requests, free hot breakfast buffet for 2 adults/2kids per room.
• No Wi-Fi in the rooms, but have in the lobby. Can connect to internet in room with Ethernet cable or go to lobby.

“Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and efficient. Loved the breakfast buffet that came with the room. Great food! Only negative were the rooms needed more updating in terms of slow bathtub drains, no bathroom vents and no Wi-Fi yet in the rooms. Pool was not heated.”

• The room had nice colors the table and chairs where nice to have in the room is clean.
• Smelled like smoke tub could have been cleaner bed broken.

“When I arrived after driving for 7 hours room was not ready after 4:00pm check. Had to wait until after 5:00pm. Bed was broken reported it to house keeping and the front desk no room to move. Was not given or asked for a discount or something on my next stay. When I checked out was ask how was my stay, when told of the bed said no one had made a note of it.”

• Receptionist was very friendly.
• Group of HS kids that kept me up all night.

“Okay, probably won't be back to Troy though - not altogether a reflection on the hotel, just don't go to Troy very often.”
