• Had fun at the pool.
• Couldn't tell if the people running the hotel were dishonest or just incompetent.

“I took a church group to this hotel and had a terrible experience with service. The rooms were relatively nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. This hotel is not friendly toward groups. Total incompetence at check in and check out.”

• A lot.

“Avoid this property. It is a second rate hotel with incompetent staff and lack of standard amenities. High speed internet signal poor to non-existent in some rooms. Staff blames it on cloud cover. Room was not made up. Other shortcomings too numerous to mention. Far better properties at Lebanon or Cookeville.”

• Had Gideon Bible in room.
• Non-smokers, were put in a smoking room.

“Excellent service at the front desk. Very good room with great TV stations to choose from, had mini-refrigerator (no ice trays), nice furniture, very comfy king-sized bed. Safety bar in bathroom.”

• Close to highway, Wal-Mart, grocery store, restaurants.
• Front desk person not too bright.

“Woman behind desk too lazy to get up off the chair to help and would not get off phone while helping us check in. Was too interested in keeping up phone conversation while helping us. She could not get 3 different credit cards to work so out of disgust I paid in cash so that we could move on.”
