“A way better than most Holiday Inn. Restaurant service was excellent, food was typical boring Holiday Inn fare with the exception of the creatively prepared vegetable side dish.”

“Well, the bed was falling apart, and the television didn't work. Not to mention, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The floor was also dirty. After the staff made a big deal about not signing in until 4pm because housekeeping needed to clean it. I could not go check out the room right then and there. But, when I returned to the hotel it was around 9 pm. The room was on the second floor and near the indoor pool. I was tired and wanted to get some sleep. That is the reason why I reserved the hotel room. Instead, I had to hear screaming children in the pool for the next two and half hours. As well as children pounding on the hotel door next to mine. I did not get to sleep until around midnight, the screaming stopped a little after 11:30 pm.Granted, if I had the time to check out the room at 4 pm when I checked in. I would have said something right then and there. But, I had a meeting at 5 pm and I didn't have the time and by the time I came back to the hotel, I was completely tired from the driving and other planned activities or I would have called the front desk and housekeeping. But, I just wanted to get some sleep. Granted, I didn't. In fact, I woke up at 3 am and checked out around 7 am. I promise you this; I will never choose this hotel again. In fact, I will probably think twice about staying at another Holiday Inn. I can not give a hotel a star. But, I wish that I could take away the stars they already have!”
