• Convenient to Mammoth cave national park, quiet. Helpful staff.
• 1st bed was the worst in my life- we woke in pain! Concierge changed our room, 2nd bed was much better.

“It's a quiet chain hotel, convenient to Mammoth cave national park. The furnishings are dated, but it's in a very rural location with few choices so I didn't have high expectations. The helpful concierge quickly changed our rooms the second morning without a problem, as our first bed was the worst I’ve slept in during my life - we woke up in pain! The 2nd bed was much better.”

• Was easy to find.
• Rooms were extremely small.

“Hotel was in a good location, easy to find. Staff was friend, rooms were neat and clean. Only problem I had was that the rooms were extremely small for what I expected for a 2-star.”

• Filthy, staff was rude, beds extremely uncomfortable.

• Simple, quiet and clean.
• TV reception and selection is poor, no breakfast offered.

“We were in Cave City to visit Mammoth Caves. The hotel was conveniently located to the park, the bed was comfortable and the water hot & clean. Good value for the money. Did not really interact with the staff but checking in/out was uneventful. Lots of dining choices available close by both chain & local.”

• Easy check-in.
• The room was not very clean.

“I do not believe the pictures are very accurate of this hotel. We requested a non-smoking room and did not get one. The room was dingy and smelled of stale smoke. The shower drain would not stay open, so that was a headache with bathing the children.”

• Nice breakfast.
• Our room was on 2nd floor.

“Went for an overnight trip to Mammoth Cave this hotel is nice and clean, people were friendly and the breakfast was the normal fair + make your own waffle iron, my kids really got a kick out of that (parents please supervise the children this is a hot iron and could burn them).”

• I can not think of a single thing, would never stay there again, even if its free.

“Room decor is from the 70's. The walls were extremely thin, could hear the people next door blowing their nose, among other things. There is a train that passes by every couple of hours blowing its horn. People walking by talking could be heard as if there was no exterior wall. Water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and I was in a first floor room. Other than that, it was dandy (note the sarcasm). The room may be ok if paying by the hour and rest was not on your mind.”

• It is only 2 stories, so, taking the stairs was easy.
• Couldnt find the elevator.

“This was a very nice hotel. Especially for the great price. Everything was clean and the area wasn't at all noisy.”
