• The hotel waived the pet charge, as my dog was a service dog.
• At morning they woke us up at 8am to see if we were still there so they could clean it.

“I enjoyed the hotel, very nice room and close to weight room, pool and other amenities - ice machine soda etc. I accidentally left a briefcase with handgun ammunition and it was turned into property manager. Foresee no problem having a family member retrieve it. I am a law Enforcement Officer and had ammunition to qualify with in Ohio on my trip to Virginia.”

• The location was very nice. Close to many things, but far enough away from street noise
• For a Marriott it was like staying in a dollar inn, the staff was accommodating, the refrigerator looked liked it came out of a dorm room.

“The location of the hotel was very good. The entry was on par for a Marriott. The room on the other hand was not Marriott quality, to begin with right away you notice the refrigerator which looked like someone threw it out of a dorm room. Overall not a good place to stay.”

• Cleanliness, vacation was great for us.
• Ask for queen bed upon arrival. But, could not be accommodated.

• Green spaces around hotel, balcony room, clean, spacious.
• There was a fee for the breakfast buffet.
  

“The hotel was clean the rooms were spacious although it was close to a main road it sat back with green spaces surrounding it so it was quiet. Some rooms had a small balcony and that was a plus. The only negative thing I can say is that there was a charge for breakfast.”

“In Columbus for business, wonderful staff who when out of their way to assist me with reservation issue. Some of the genuinely nicest employees I've encountered. Property was very clean but needs an update. Columbus is hurting for good restaurants but great architecture.”

• Can be noisy; $8 for breakfast, vacuuming hallway at 10:00 am Sunday.

• Neat and clean.
• No wireless internet connection in the rooms and the Wired Internet also doesn't work.

“I have stayed 3 times in this hotel. All the time the Internet was not working in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use the internet. I have seen 2 times of my stay the spoiled cream for the coffee. Not suitable for business travelers. I cannot rate more than 1.5 star for this hotel. Do not pay mor money because it has been mentioned as 2.5 star.”

• It was set on a hillside, absolutely beautiful setting and the hotel was very clean - we enjoyed the alcohol setting in the lobby also, very unique.
• The only problem was that it was not within walking distance to a nice restaurant/pub.

“This hotel was beautiful, very clean and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean and the lobby was unique with coffee available at all times along with a small bar if you wanted an alcohol beverage. Sandwiches were also available (vending area).”

• More than we expected, clean and friendly.
• Had to pay for breakfast, did not have free breakfast.

“Wonderful! We were traveling for business and all we needed were beds and a shower but this hotel was way better than we expected. We got the room for less than half of the normal room price and weren't sure what to expect with a 2-1/2 star hotel. It was way better than that, should've said 3 1/2 or 4! The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated with tall ceilings making it seem extra roomy, beds were quite comfortable, and the staff was very polite. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to pay for breakfast but the food we got for $7/person was great and plenty of it! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends (in fact we already did).”
