• Friendly, Professional, Cordial, Courteous, Affordable, Comfortable, Enjoyable
• The room wasn't free - Seriously though, everything was a good experience with NO complaints.

“Arrival late Saturday evening, and was greeted and checked in by a very cheerful but professional desk clerk. The room was very clean and neat, with nice amenities. The breakfast bar in the lobby was very well stocked with a good assortment of foods and beverages. Checkout Sunday morning was quick, and efficiently handled by yet another cheerful but professional desk clerk. Our experience was very enjoyable and pleasant.”

“We had a nice room, very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the lobby where you could make your own waffles, always a hit with my teenagers.”

• The rooms smelled bad.

“I will not stay at this hotel again. We checked in after 3:00 and were given a room that was not clean. Then when we were given a room that was made up, it had a disgusting smell. Apparently all the rooms had the same stench. We stayed at the hotel with about 10 other guests who were in town for a wedding.”

“This is a utilitarian cookie cutter hotel, has what you need for an overnight stay. It is totally neutral and a bit Spartan.”

• The Belgian waffle maker!
• There were signs for the ice machine, but it wasn't located on that floor!

“I was very happy with this hotel except for the fact of the vending and ice room. There was a sign pointing the way to the room, but it wasn't even on the floor! I asked the front desk, and she replied that when they re-did the hotel they put up the sign by mistake. If they took it down they would have to re-wallpaper everything. Well they should at least try to fix it otherwise you will have people wandering the second floor like I was!”

• Overall excellent, but with strangely poor wall repairs in room.

“We loved the hotel; very clean, modern, very good features. We laughed. Only problem is that the internet is terribly slow, and the room had unusually poor wall repairs all about. Other than those items, this place was fantastic!”

• The room was clean and comfortable.
• The hotels allows animals.

“The overall hotel was nice, But now this makes 3 bad stays in 3 times. I was woken our at 6:00 am by a dog barking across the hall, I complained to the hotel desk clerk and she apologized and would talk to the person. The very next day, the same thing occurred. I was told that there was 2 big dogs in the hotel and they only allow small pets. Well if they checked in they must have seen the dogs. I Did not sleep for the 3 nights there because there was other noises as well from guest running and screaming down the halls and banging on the wall in my room from the kids in the room next to us. I would be grateful to be compensated in some way for the last 3 experiences, and I am also traveling again the first week of August back to Elkhart, IN. The hotel clerk took my phone number and name and said she would talk to the manager to see if there is something they can do for us for the next trip. but they never called. Bad customer service also. Very disappointed.”
