• The brand new pillow top mattress.
• Nothing.

“I enjoyed my stay at Super 8 in Gadsden, AL. The room I asked for was real nice and clean, I stayed in a king size room. In the room was a brand new pillow top mattress and also a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. I felt real safe there, did not have to worry about my car or my well being. I liked that they had free high speed internet and also free breakfast. I will return to Super 8 in Gadsden AL again.”

• Only decaffeinated coffee in room.

“It is a fairly clean but tattered motel. It is very small with a very wide variety of customers. It was very comfortable and the staff was excellent.”

• We could not stay there because they refused to allow dogs.

“The hotel, even though it said it was pet friendly in the description, refused to allow staying with our very small dog. We had to find another hotel to stay in! I am not pleased with the rudeness of the hotel owners and the ignorance of your representative when we called.”

• Price, owner very friendly.
• Hair in bath tub and lavatory, sheets worn, room very small.

“Not up to any standards. Spider webs all over, hair in tub and lavatory, sheets questionable as to when changed. Loaf of bread in room, could not get receipt from owner.”

• Staff was helpful.
• Very run down.

“Poor room quality. Sink and counter tops painted over. Commode sealed with at least 2 tubes of caulk and still leaked. No dining available. Mattress worn out about 10 years ago.”

“The room itself was ok, certainly nothing special. Generally clean, but needed to be updated a bit. The advertised breakfast was virtually non-existent-- some tired-looking pastries and bad coffee. The staff was less then friendly and charged over what I paid for my room to place us in a room with 2 double beds.”
