• Very spacious rooms, this hotel is under rated should be a four star.
• Drinks are expensive in the hotel restaurants.

“Great hotel for the price. This hotel has lot of space. We had a standard king size. This room included a couch sitting chair and work desk. Very clean should be a four star. Affordable valet for being in the Downtown area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay Downtown.”

• It was very clean and quiet. We had no complaints.
• Can't think of anything.

“It was very easy to get to off I-69 and back to it. It was comfortable and seemed cleaner then most places. Only stayed 1 night but had no complaints at all. It was very nice.”

• Charged for Wi-Fi.

“Could not ask for a nicer stay other than it always irks us to pay a daily charge for Wi-Fi at the full service hotels when the limited service offer it free.”

• The bed and linens are comfortable.
• For the star rating of the hotel I thought there could have been a in room refrigerator possible microwave in addition to better room service.

“It was nice although, I did not enjoy ordering food and having to pick it up in the lobby. I think they should be able to come to your room, that's part of the getaway people coming and doing things for you.”

• Location.
• No hot tub, kids running in halls, kids screaming in pool.

“I expected more from a Hilton. The pool area was overloaded with screaming kids and staff did not (at the time I was there) ask parents to control them. No Hot tub for adults. Kids running in halls at night.”

• Friendly staff.
• Small room, whirlpool was closed.

“The location was downtime, a little off the main shopping center, but easy to get around Downtown. The staff was courtesy and friendly. Room was on the small side, but very elegant. Pool area was clean stocked with towels, but the whirlpool was closed. Parking was easy and affordable. I would recommend it.”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and very courteous. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Made for a good night's sleep after a busy day traveling.”

• More attention to the maintenance, TV was not functioning correctly, ice machine broken on floor,

“Overall, please with our stay. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Additional attention could have been given to overall maintenance. Ice machine was broken on floor however was able to go to next floor to accomodate. Television was not functioning as expected, staff attended but unable to resolve. Housekeeping did forget to provide shampoo as part of the bath items.”

• The room was very large and the furnishings in the room were amazing.
• There was a large crack at the bottom of the door which allowed way too much light into the room.

“The hotel was beautiful and the room was very large with beautiful furnishings and bedding. We felt very safe in and around the hotel. We enjoyed the fact that such a nice restaurant was in the hotel as well.”

• The staff was very friendly and polite. We were very satisfied with our experience.
• I feel the movies were overpriced.

“I will be traveling a lot this spring and summer and, when I visit Indianapolis again I will more than likely be staying at this hotel.”

• Large, very clean rooms.
• Fee for Wi-Fi, no hot tub by pool, and horrible room service.

“This Hilton is in a great location that is close to restaurants and entertainment. Easy highway access close by. The staff was wonderful about meeting our needs at any time of day. I was traveling with teens and I felt comfortable letting them use the hotel amenities without my supervision. Excellent workout area. The rooms are large and easily fit the two rollaways we needed. The bathroom is quite small but very nice. Negatives were: $9.95 fee for Wi-Fi daily. A hot tub by the pool area would have been nice after a long day of visiting local attractions. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was beyond awful. Save your money and go to a nearby restaurant. Takes several days for hotel to balance credit card bill after end of stay.”

• Attractiveness of the room.
• Confirmed with hotel two beds, but did not receive.

“Hotel was attractive and exceeded our expectations. We had confirmed with hotel to receive 2 beds but was only given a king and pull-out twin for 2 adults and 3 children. It was a little too cramped. Hotel was sold out.”

• The bed and linens were outstanding. For once there were enough pillows.
• The turnoff to the hotel needs to be better marked; it is easy to miss at night.

“The lobby area was lovely and inviting. The rooms were beautifully decorated and did not look worn.”

“This hotel lies right in the middle of Downtown Indianapolis just near the Capitol Building. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I loved my room, and this hotel far exceeded my already high expectations of service and quality.”

“My stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was very nice. Staff was very helpful. I was disappointed there was neither a continental breakfast nor even coffee in the lobby. A hotel this nice without free coffee or breakfast is perplexing. There was a coffeemaker in the room however with a 2 cup capacity. This is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again.”
