• We had a good service at the hotel restaurant.
• The pool and spa had too much chlorine in it and it burned our eyes.

“The hotel was fairly clean. Pool and hot tub had too much chlorine which burned our eyes. It advertised kids eat free. When we got there we did not get tickets because they stated since we got a special rate online they no longer offered the free kids meals.”

• Internet was plug in, no wireless. In bad area of town.

“Just was an older hotel, not that old is bad but it felt out dated. Had a bunch of shady people come and go.”

• It was the one we wanted and was located off a major highway on the side of town we wanted.
• It was in a run down part of town that didn't have much around it.

“The hotel itself was very good, but in an older neighborhood.”

• The staff was excellent.
• The location looked sketchy, I don't know if it was, but it looked sketchy.

“The front desk was cordial and attentive, the house cleaning crew was helpful and the food at the restaurant was adequate. It served my purpose (a quick place to stay on my way to somewhere else) and I appreciated that it didn't cost me a whole lot for the few hours I stayed there.”

• It was a clean place.
• The night manager was real rude she yelled at me 4 come up to the front in my wet bath suit I want up there.

“It ok except 4 the night manager I will never stay at that hotel as long as she works there all the other employees were nice and friendly not here.”

• Very comfortable bed.
• Thermostat did not allow room to get very good.

“From the minute we parked, I was pleased with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was accommodating and the room was very comfortable.”

“This hotel has gone down hill. I have stayed here before & it wasnt very nice before now its really bad. I wouldnt consider this a 2 star maybe a -1 star.”

• One of the front desk attendants was not very friendly.

“Too noisy. Children running the hallways late after 11 PM. People yelling and laughing in the parking lot at 3 AM.”

• The staff was friendly and willing to help/answer questions.
• I found a cockroach like bug in the bathroom the next morning.

“There were a lot of people staying there, and someone was bouncing a basketball down the hallway early Sunday morning (7am). A lot of loud talking was going on outside our doors around 11pm too, which was difficult for my parents who are elderly. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were nice.”

• Room service from Damon's was excellent, there was a hot tub.
• Dirty and smelled bad.

“Only reason to stay here is for the Damon's restaurant in the hotel. It is more motel quality anyway. Pool area was okay but the workout room was not very well equipped. Room is small. Location is in a questionable area. Requests we made to the front desk were forgotten and had to be asked for again. We were there on a Saturday night so hotel was full. Lover's quarrels in the hall were heard several times. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.”

• The pool and whirlpool was very clean.
• I didn't like the parking wasn't enough parking.

“The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was nice as well. I like the computer room that was available for the business people who stay there. And also the room had lots of toiletries. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. And I will go back and stay again.”

• It was conveniently located.
• It was old and needs remodeling.

“The first night of the stay the electricity went out and was out until the next day. As a result the smoke alarm went off all night and the hotel did not make any concessions for the horrible conditions. Once the electricity was fixed, things were somewhat better. However, I did not receive the complimentary newspaper for the second two days of my stay.”
