• This is a Day's Inn that is pet friendly. They are hard to find.
• Probably because of the pet friendly, there are stains in the carpet.

• Friendly and helpful staff and larger than average guest rooms.
• Breakfast ended a little early.

“It was clean. The rooms were comfortable and larger than most hotel rooms. I spent a night on business travel at an expensive luxury hotel in downtown Indy that had much smaller rooms. The staff was just as helpful.”

• Price and location.

“Staff said was not a problem to extant a night. The next afternoon, upon return to the hotel, we had been checked out and our belongings were in garbage bags. Clothes were wrinkled & others items were wet from bath sponge. Were told the manager would make arrangements for free night. At check out, no one knew anything about it.”

• We got upgraded to a larger room. Staff was very friendly.
• A few ants in bathroom.

• Large room and oval tub/shower size.
• Ugly decor, popcorn ceiling falling down onto carpet, smelly bedding.

“The room and bathroom were a nice size. The paint and decor were unattractive and uninviting. The first thing we saw when we opened our room door was the popcorn ceiling falling off the entryway ceiling onto the carpet in large chunks. Not only was it unattractive and dirty, my small children would not be safe if they had been with us. The comforter on the bed smelled like body odor from a former guest, which means it was not cleaned. This is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Did not have a pool or hot tub.

“Nice spacious rooms that are great for family travel, especially on a budget. But be wary that there is no pool for the kids.”

“Attractive hotel with spacious room and comfortable beds. Breakfast had little more than bread products and beverages. Extra bedding was requested for sleeper sofa, but not all was provided.”

• It had a fairly convenient location.
• It smelled like cigarettes and so did my clothes when I left.

• Huge rooms, very clean and easy to get to from the highway.
• Hallways smelled like smoke, but rooms did not.

“Excellent hotel. Would stay again. Huge rooms, with small fridge and coffee maker. Easy to get to from highway.”

• Clean, close to attraction and airport.
• The desk clerk quoted us 49.99 changed room at check in and then when we left they charged 59.99.

“I will use this inn again my son is stationed in the marine corp. And we visit him at least every two months.”

• Price was lower than quoted & free breakfast.
• Cleanliness of the facility was not as high as I expect in a hotel.

“Overall, the hotel stay served its purpose for spending the night away from home. We were only in the room when we checked in and dropped our luggage off and then from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. We only spent the night because we had other activities in Indy. The hotel cleaning staff do not pay attention to details. There was dirt in corners and along the baseboard. Some of the door jams were unkept and gave the impression as if there was some type of work going on but there were no obvious signs. Some doors were ajar and some doors jams were badly chipped. It was strange.”

• The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to give us precise directions to the places we were visiting.
• There seemed to be a lot of people just hanging around outside not necessarily travelers.

• Old amenities, stains in couch that was in through room, thin walls, we heard doors slamming and people talking in the halls all night.

“Decent room. Room was located near a side entrance door and we heard the doors slamming until 3am. Hotel clerk asked for credit card at check-in and gave me a bill when checking out with a lower rate.?? Checking credit card statement to make sure I wasn't charged twice.”

• hotel was old & hall ways and entrance very dirty. Rooms were very old looking. Couldn't understand employees.

“Would not recommend if you are use to staying in newer & clean hotels. Staff made it very confusing for us because I booked a room for my brother and they wanted him to have my credit card when he arrived.”

• The room was big and it was clean.
• Wallpaper was peeling, had an "old feel to it".

“Hotel was fine, but needs to be renovated, the wallpaper and furniture were all old and peeling. However it was clean, had a large room and was fairly nice.”

• Saved me having to drive 65 miles home and back in the morning for another meeting.
• Received a handicapped room (not requested), room was dirty (windows, floor, furniture).

“Needed a room because of a today meeting in Indianapolis, my wife went with my so she could shop while I was attending meetings. If I was alone the room conditions might not have bothered me but I would have liked a little better room for her. The motel is well used, staff doesn't seem to have much pride in the jobs they do. Overall, good place to stay on business but I would look somewhere else on vacation or with family traveling with me.”
