• Staff was very helpful & friendly.
• The room stunk like cigarettes, floor -walls dirty.

“We wanted a "smoking room", but I think more could've been done about the cigarette smell and dirty carpet & walls.”

• I liked having a microwave and a small refrigerator.
• Our room phone rang twice late Saturday night, the front desk quickly responded.

“I thought this room completely satisfied our needs as a family. I would stay at this hotel again when my husband and I decide to travel again. It was centrally located to the events that we had planned and was easily accessible to the highway.”

• The house keeping was the most professional and polite of them all.
• The front desk people were extremely unprofessional and rude.

“The bed was very uncomfortable can feel the springs through the bed. The employees were rude and unprofessional, and the halls were noisy at night. Not enough amenities.”

• It said it was nonsmoking and it smelled nonsmoking and was fairly clean.
• The bed was old and sagging, the shower moldy and rusty.

“It is in desperate need of updates such as a bed that does not sag, a shower rod that is not rusting out, a shower stall that is not all moldy.”

• For the money, this hotel was excellent.
• Outdoor pool was not open. Breakfast was lame.

“Clean, updated rooms, and we had no "surprises" or problems during the visit. (2 Nights). Staff was friendly. It is located near a mall so plenty of restaurants to pick from. Einstein Bagel place and Starbucks within walking distance. Easy to get on 465 and I-69 from hotel. Great location on the north side of Indy.”
