• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Very cheap, as in cheaply made and falling apart.

“The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but was not very knowledgeable about dining spots in the area. The hotel was very cheap- in a couple of years it will be dilapidated. Concrete around the pool was messed up, building siding was coming apart. Tiling in the bathroom looked like it was laid by 7th graders. Park area was dim.”

• Smelled, outdated, rude staff.

“Hotel was outdated. Air conditioning in room was loud and worked poorly. Front desk staff was not helpful and downright rude.”

• The beds were good!
• One of the rooms smelled of smoke. The water pressure in the showers was not great@.

• They offered to put an air purifier in the smoking room for us.
• The hot water was not very warm.

“The hotel staff was helpful. However, they said there were not any non-smoking rooms available, then I was given a non-smoking room five hours later. The facilities were adequately clean, but the water was not very warm.”

• Quiet and clean.
• A little small and swim pool not useable.

“If you want quiet and clean place to stay, this is a good place to do so. it is a convenient place fore Holland, Michigan.”

• The free upgrade to a whirlpool room.
• The dining area and lobby were all one room, prefer some separation.

“Convenient location, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, and outdoor pool were all appreciated. I would stay there again.”
