• Convenient and clean, excellent late night staff, helpful.
• Smoking rooms are nasty. They should do away with them.

“Very nice for the price. Not fancy but clean. Bathrooms updated and very clean. Plenty of towels. Clean sheets.”

• Price.
• Toilets/drains do not work well.

“We stayed here because of an event in Sewanee. The location worked for us and the hotel price was very reasonable, especially since it was graduation week and hotels in Sewanee were over-priced and sold out. The bed was comfortable, the sink area is not private at all, it is part of the room. The drains do not work well and the toilet is hard to flush. It took about 3 flushes on average for it to work. We stayed here once before and the drains/toilets did not work well that time either. This is the last time we will stay here.”
