“It's location is hidden behind another building making it difficult to find. The first room smelled so horrible we couldn't stomach to stay in it and switched rooms. The second room was only marginally better. Once again the window in the room didn't open promoting poor ventilation and mold. The carpet was spongy and gross to the point that I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. The mold caused me to wake up with blocked sinus'. I want my money back!!”

• Infested with ants, carpet moldy, staff unhelpful.

“First when I arrived the motel manager tried to tell me that my reservation was for a smoking room, which it was not, and tried to get me to stay in a smoking room. At first he didn't want to give me the non smoking room I had reserved till I got verbal with him. Only then did he say there was a nonsmoking room available. The room was musty smelling, there was obviously mold growing under the carpet for it to leave your socks black and damp from walking around the room. The next morning my belongings I had placed on the counter by the sink were covered with ants. I had stayed at Motel 8's previously, this one was a huge disappointment.”

• They didn't have the nerve to add on any additional charges.
• No Clock, Toilet/Shower/Sink Leaked, Inadequate Lighting, Obstructed Smoke Detectors.

“Very Disappointed-We stay at Super 8 Frequently, and we were appalled by the un-healthy conditions and Fire Code Violations. We understand that the price was low, but that shouldn't matter when health and safety matters are concerned. This establishment should be closed.”

• The staff was helpful when dealing with my room problems.
• The room was terrible, smoke detector hanging off the wall, bathroom unclean.

“This hotel upon entering the parking lot, looked like a run down housing project in the inner city of New York. Upon entering the room, a smoke detector was hanging off the wall exposing the wiring and dry wall. The shower in the bathroom didn't work and the light refused to work as well. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I talked to the staff and at first they tried to justify the rooms terrible status. They soon realized that I wasn't happy at all and quickly changed me to another room. Thank you.”
