• The staff
  was friendly and helpful.
• There was no water, 2 nights in a row, from 2-4 am.

“The room was in extremely poor repair, the whole place reeks of smoke, especially the hallways. There were loud arguments/conversations and one apparent custody battle in the room right next to me. The response to a complaint that the water turns off (that's right, no water) from 2-4 am was met with attitude and an incredulous look from the staff. "Of course the water turns off at night! Who needs water in the middle of the night?" This is a direct quote. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. This is not a place I'd really want to stay in again.”

• Continental breakfast was good.
• Laundry room right off the front desk where everyone can see it, wall paper coming off wall in room.

• When we had a problem it was taken care of immediatly.
• From our first floor room you could alot of noise from the parking lot.

“The room was very comfortable. You could not hear any noises coming from inside the hotel. Check in and out was very quick and easy.”

• I loved the pillows & the bed was so comfortable. Also loved the shower.
• The hot tub was out of order & we were looking forward to relaxing in it.

“We have been going to Kokomo for 12 years & staying in every hotel there at least 2 times a year. this was our favorite trip & hotel. We will use you again.”

• The location was very convenient to be near family.
• For the first time, my room was not very clean.

“I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has been a good experience. Would recommend it to family and friends.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The pool and spa were closed.

“The hotel has a lot of potential to be a 3 star or better with proper training to the cleaning staff and with some better maintenance and upkeep. For the most part the staff was friendly and the building itself was solid. There were many small details overlooked and to have a pool closed in the middle of summer is a big mistake. Better training and more follow up on the little details will make a great difference in the overall experience.”

• A place to sleep, an ok breakfast.
• The spa was broke, pool was cold, not enough towels, and a big hole in ceiling, a lot of loud noises at night (kids).

“I've stayed here many times but this time was the worse by far. I may have to consider somewhere else for my next stay in Kokomo.”

• It is very conviently located to many places in the area.
• Hotel was short staffed.

“When I arrived at the hotel, the manager said he was short handed. He checked my room to make sure it had been cleaned before we were given the key. However, the next day only the bed was made and the dirty towels were removed from the room. I did not receive any new towels. This stay was different than my stay last year but I will probably stay there again in the future.”

• Rooms are recently updated.
• They accept pets but have no grass on the property. The adjacent lot had a no pets sign.

• Employees were very friendly rooms clean.
• Door card keys kept missing up & couldn't get in room.

“Hotel was very clean, all employees were nice and friendly. Pool was clean and nice other than problem with the key cards not opening the side doors or room door the hotel was very nice and I would stay there again.”

• Housekeeping staff was very nice.
• The front desk associate not very friendly.

“The room was very clean, the housekeeping staff was very nice they acknowledged you in the hallway and asked if we needed anything. The front desk associate was not very friendly. She said several times how she was so tired and seemed extremely irritated. Very sloppy dressed. I know she was pregnant but that's no excuse to be rude. There were a group of cheerleader's that were also guest and they were very obnoxious with no adult supervision. There was no breakfast left once the group had been to the dining room and the staff did not replenish anything for the rest of the guest. This was very disappointing.”

• The pool and the hot tub.
• Not enough towels need we got the towels they were damp and cold.

“Will for start we had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work and they will we switch to the other room TV was not the greatest but it work. They we had to get more towels then the next day towels were damp and cold and kind of had a smell to. The pool was cold the next day to than the night before but never had a enough towels in the pool room either. I probably will not stay there again. We have had 2 bad experiences now with this hotel.”

• Breakfast area. rooms were large cable TV.
• We booked a non smoking room and were told there were none. We were charged again for our room. Bathroom was very small.

• The pool was nice and clean.
• Rooms were dirty, needs swept,3 light bulbs were burned out. First room I got the TV was stolen and had to switch rooms!

• We were very disappointed in the hotel and the staff.
• The rooms were not clean, alarm did not work, and TV remote did not work.

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel but we will not stay again. Upon arrival we told management that the alarm clock did not work and the batteries were missing from the TV remote. During the three days we stayed nothing was done to correct the problem. We also asked for more towels since there were not enough for the number of people registered to the room, but did not receive them either night. The second day we stayed at the hotel house keeping forgot to clean our room. Which meant not only did we not have enough towels now we had dirty towels from the day before. When we told management about our room we were give clean towels, a sorry, and a bag of cookies. The hotel overbooked for the weekend and several people with reservations were turned away. Housekeeping left the trash from the morning cleaning in the hall all day and overnight. The pool area lock did not work which I felt was a safety hazard with small children. My daughter went to the car late in the evening and was locked out because the key lock did not work. The beds were to soft and sagged in the middle. It was not very comfortable for sleeping.”

• Continental breakfast very convenient.
• They have billed us twice. We saw 3 bugs during our stay. The pool and spa was dirty!

“We would not stay at this hotel again. We are still trying to resolve the payment issue. They have not refunded our money forth 2 credit card payments that were not approved!”
