• It wasn't busy.
• The beds were awful. Very uncomfortable.

“I was a little disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I barely slept because the floors creaked when people walked by and the beds were so rickety that they squeaked when you barely moved. Even when you sat still, it seemed. I am glad to be back home.”

• Cleaning crews were kind and accommodating.
• Rude hotel staff, smoky no-smoking rooms; loaded full of shouting, screaming discourteous guests who made loud noise past 3am.

“When I arrived for check-in, there was no one at the front desk for several minutes. I had to wait for the attendant to finish what I interpreted as a personal call. When I got to my alleged no smoking room, I about gagged over the overwhelming smoke smell. A large number of guests attending a family reunion filled every other crevice of the building. They made the stay unbearable as they were loud and refused to step out of the halls until 3am and were back again around 5:45am. Ear plugs can't block out vibrations (caused by jumping, bumping etc) so intense they rattle picture frames on the wall.”

• Extraordinarily clean! Friendly, helpful, personable staff.
• Absolutely nothing.

“It is always my hope to get this hotel. I have never been in he least disappointed. (Here's as bad as it gets: I was once randomly selected as "Guest of the Day," and they were out of most of the stuff for the goodie basket for the Got. They were apologetic beyond belief and gave me a free night).”

• The bed and linens were awesome!
• Nothing Bad to say.

“I enjoyed my stay; I do wish my room had a fridge though. The bed linens were very upscale and extremely comfortable. I will use them again on my next trip. Also the front desk clerk was extremely nice.”

• Some desk staff is incompetent and slobs.

• Clean rooms. Good location.
• People are allowed to smoke right outside the front doors. Annoying!

• Hotel was easy to find.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to breathe without having the entire staff smoking in their faces as they try to leave the hotel. Very poor service for a Marriott hotel.”

• Staff is very friendly, helpful. Beds are superb. Decor is nice. Breakfast options excellent.
• Furniture accessories are cheaper quality, the bathtub could use upgrades.

“Convenient location. Great stay for the money. Family friendly with attentive staff. The indoor pool/hot tub are a plus. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

• It was a nice quiet motel. It met all of my expectations.
• The lack of free premium cable channels.

“The staff was courteous and professional. This is a totally non-smoking motel. The continental breakfast is better than most. Nothing really fantastic about this motel. But it really met all of needs a nice quiet place to sleep.”

• This hotel is just off 31 which have a couple malls and restaurants of every kind. Also very convenient if your calling on Delphi or Chrysler.

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though they do not have an exercise room in the hotel, the manager mentioned that the guest could use the powerhouse gym for just down the road for free just by showing the key card from the hotel. I didn't have a chance to try it, but it was a nice offer.”
