“This hotel had a very nice breakfast and the pool was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice and large I reserved 5 rooms and everyone was very happy with their rooms and the service we received this hotel was very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. After we checked in, the front desk called to make sure everything was ok. This made us feel that we matter to the hotel.”

“Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at lately - clean, comfortable, 24-hour fitness, and breakfast included. One of the more pleasant choices for hotels.”

“I was disappointed that they did not have high speed internet. I used dial up connection to access the internet. Local phone calls are not free here. I was told that they were .53 a call however inside the room it is posted by the phone that it is .50. False postings. Not a good thing. I also noticed a sign on the bathroom sink that says if you forgot anything to let the front desk know. Well I needed some pain reliever for a headache and some contact solution. They had neither. I am in marketing and one focus our department has is to not false advertise. This hotel needs some update. The microwave was a turn dial and the TV was a bit out dated as well.”

“The front desk staff was rude and condescending. He said he didn't have my reservation; I told him I double checked it at the Amerisuites site before we drove down so I know they had my reservations.”
