“The hotel has an excellent location. The lobby and other areas looked nice and clean. The rooms smelled musty and are in need of a remodeling.”

“Very convenient to shops and places to eat. Attractive appearance of building and friendly staff. Nice free parking garage beside hotel, but not many places to park for check-in in front of the building if hotel is busy.”

“Where the the hotel was in a good location, and the staff was friendly, the hotel rooms, hall ways and furnishings were old, scraped, scratched, and generally decrepit. General disrepair and unattractiveness were my pervasive feelings. Whereas the rooms did not seem dirty, nor did I have the sense it was especially clean. The pool and hot tub are older, but nice. The kids enjoyed the setting. That said, there were no towels when we visited.”

“We were happy when a free upgrade to a suite was offered. It ended up being a conference suite, with a conference table, fridge and coffee maker. A microwave would have been nice. The suite was very clean with a nice view. However, the furnishings were a bit worn with stains on the carpet, the staff is wonderful, but some rooms are overdue for renovation. All the public areas are beautiful and the tower suites were practically connected to the high end fashion mall by a short hallway. Over all we liked the facility alot and was well worth the priceline price.”

“This hotel may have been 3 1/2 stars when it opened, but it is not now. Things are a bit run down inside and in need of updating. The website advertised "complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks" but when I called front desk they said NO to both. Also pics of fitness center are actually the Bally across the street not at the hotel (extra fee). The AC didn't work properly for the entire stay, and the last day it stopped completely. It was 90 degrees outside and very difficult to get ready in a hot 6th floor room! No one offered any refunds or apologies. Also had a fridge that didn't work right and spoiled all our food.Bathroom is kinda small/tight.”

“Highly competent staff. Room was adequate, but austere. Seemed like a big room that was only half filled.”

“I loved the fact that it was right across the street from Keystone Crossing Mall and could walk to and from, and that there was free parking, I absolutely hated the mattress on the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable. You could feel every spring poke into your back. For that reason, I'd never stay here again. I'd much rather have a comfortable night of sleep than have any other convenience that is offered.”

“Good location but the thin walls made it very hard to sleep if anyone was in the next room.”
