• The courtyard (beautiful, peaceful with gazebo) and wonderful weight room for my teens.
• Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed for maintenance until late in the evening.

“I loved the hotel. It was clean, roomy enough. The gazebo was gorgeous and courtyard was so peaceful for reading books. It had an inviting feel to it. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary tea/coffee downstairs was a plus!”

• Location and accommodations/personnel.
• The toilets are much to low for senior citizens.

“I just wish all hotels would keep in mind that guests are not always little children. Both my wife and I have arthritis and it is difficult to get down and up when the toilet is low and no grab bars are convenient.”

• New facilities, very clean and friendly and great breakfast.
• Nothing, met all standards.

“Great hotel with everything that you need. Easy to use wireless Internet, safe location, very new condition, and super comfortable mattresses. No issues. Ranks up there against the best without all the crowds and clutter of others.”

• Very clean, easily accessible. Convenient parking.
• Beds were too soft and only full size, not queen. Uncomfortable for two people.

“Basically it was a wonderful place to stay. We didn't eat there, so we can't comment on food. The biggest flaw was the full size beds were very soft. Great beds for a single sleeper, but not for two in a bed.”

• The beds were comfortable and the room was appealing.
• We did not like being charged for the continental breakfast. Other hotels generally include CB in price of room.

“The hotel is clean and eye appealing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highway access to hotel was limited to one side of the highway and you had to search for access from the opposite side. The continental breakfast was not worth the cost and the variety was not any different than hotels who offer free continental breakfasts.”

• Very comfortable bed and clean room. Nice staff.
• Non-climate controlled A/C and heat. Old style push button unit by window. Hard to regulate.

“This has to be about the best option available in the Kokomo/Peru area. Staff was great. Very friendly and the room was quite sufficient. Very comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in that area.”

• The staff was absolutely, hands down, the best I have ever had help me!
• It wasn't free and I couldn't stay longer! Really!

• Location and receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
• No free breakfast buffet. Did have buffet but very poorly managed and did not have adequate place to eat. Not keep clean.

“Rooms were small buy clean. Beds were ok. I expected more from a Courtyard. Public areas were small and did not feel welcoming.”

• No free food. Understaffed. TV didn't face the bed.

“This hotel is typical but is rated only a few stars for a reason. There are several small Eros in planning and running this hotel, as there are in most. It looks nice from the pictures, but reality is, well, more dirty.”

• It smelled clean and fresh. The pool and spa was excellent.
• There was a nice breakfast spread; however, I was not allowed to eat without paying $9.00. Other guest (Marriott card holders ate free).

“I can not recommend a hotel that does not provide some refreshment for breakfast to all guest as this is to be expected from all hotels with this rating. Finding something open at 6:00 AM is not always possible.”

“I was greatly disappointed in the breakfast offering. the hotel had a placard in the elevator promoting their breakfast as "best breakfast in kokum". I asked the desk attendant if this was true and she assured me that it was. upon viewing the buffet offering the following morning priced at over NA00, we (party of 4) left and walked to the restaurant next door (cracker barrel) and ate better for less. I would suggest that the hotel tone down its advertising regarding their breakfast or reduce the price considerably.”
