• They were very nice when I informed them I would be late.
• I did not like the all too few towels, or damaged wallpaper and chair.

“Not bad for a stop over. Wouldn't want to stay too long. Comfortable, not the worst by far, but not the best either.”

• Easy to find.
• Only one outlet in the room that was not full.

“Breakfast could use a few more choices. Very little seating (lobby breakfast) for times when the there are a lot of guests. Radio in the room was very cheep and small. No music stations on the TV. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Pillows in the room were to soft. Lazy boy recliner was nice. I would stay there again.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful when I spoke with them.
• Housekeeping didn't speak very good English and didn't understand me. They didn't make beds, leave new cups or take out trash.

“The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice. I liked how they have a computer set up if you want to get on-line. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9. We got down there around 8:40 (another gentleman came down at the same time too) and it was empty, just a couple of waffle batters, but no plates, butter or syrup. When I asked the front counter, he quickly came and refilled everything. The pool was small and cloudy, but clean otherwise. It was warm, which was nice. When housekeeping came to the room, I told her that we would be gone shortly. A few hours later, we returned and our rooms were not cleaned. We went down to the pool and I saw her. I told her that we would be gone so she could do our room. She seemed surprised that it wasn't done and asked if I needed towels. I said, "Yes, and cups and cleaning the room." She said ok. When I returned later that night, a bag of towels were hanging on the bed and I realized that she didn't understand. The room was untouched. The air conditioner worked great. My son lost something on the floor (which needed vacuuming), when I bent down to look at it, I saw a battery and French fry under the air conditioner. Oh, the fridge didn't get very cold and smelled. I wouldn't stay here again. It on the corner of 31 and 32, but very hard to pull out of on 32 if going left (which is where everything is located). The staff at the desk was very friendly at all times.”
