• Good location.
• Whole 3rd floor smelled like rotten trash. Took your breathe away.

“The common areas of this hotel were dirty and the smell of rotting garbage coming for the 3rd floor trash room smelled like a dead body. Room was basic and what was expected but getting from elevator to room was horrible.”

“Hotel does not have enough pillows, no shampoo, not enough staff on duty. Leaky air conditioner. Caustic air hurt my lung. Disability unfriendly. Poor service attitude.”

• There was nothing offensive about it and it exceeded my expectations.
• The room freshener scent was a little strong in the rooms.

“This hotel was perfectly located to suite my destinations. The staff was helpful and courteous. The facility was very clean. My room opened onto a courtyard where people sat at tables under trees. Indoors there was even a swimming pool. The windows of my room could open for fresh air if I chose. There was a cook top stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher for my convenience should my stay be longer.”

• Too much chemical air freshener used in room.

“Good location and nice facility. The continental breakfast was pretty slim. Basically bagels. As an extended stay hotel, there seem to be people living there. It's not your usual hotel crowd.”

• No wake up calls, no housekeeping unless you pay extra.

“The rooms are small, yet efficient. Stove, fridge (your own icemaker!) dishwasher, etc. Wireless internet is an extra $4.99 per stay. No big deal. There is no housekeeping unless you pay for it, so when you are out of towels, you take them to the front desk for replacements. Kind of strange. There is no wake up call. Granted there is an alarm clock. But will definitely use again!”

• Needed maintenance to door but nothing major.

“Staying was a pleasure with friendly staff and clean hallways. I appreciate the pool being open after hours and indoors as well. The laundry facility was also clean and nice. Plenty of parking and lots of places to dine within a block away.”

• No ice machines and our ice maker did not work.

“Spacious rooms nicely decorated. Only thing missing is an ice machine on each floor. Security was great. Close to everything.”

• We were tickled with getting the whole package of a kitchen, couch etc. for so little money.
• Nothing at all.

“Fabulous package of a room with all the extra's- would be particularly terrific for an extended stay. Staff went out of their way to answer questions and provide information. We were "tickled pink".”

• Unclean at check in & cleaning service skipped my room 1 week later.

“Good location; poor service from a cleaning standpoint; room scheduled to be cleaned 1x/week but my room was skipped for some reason. I had to ask someone (a second time) after 2 weeks to come clean my room and I was made to feel as if I was imposing. Other than cleaning, adequate!”

“This hotel is good for business travelers. The room was equipped for with a table, kitchen setup, and a pull-out couch. On the flip side, the room looked outdated and seemed cheap in my eyes. I have stayed at many hotels and I was expecting something different before I walked in.”
