• It was beautifully designed, very clean, and the staff was very pleasant.
• I liked everything about it.

• The breakfast was great!
• The renovation didn't quite finished and there wasn't any hot water.

• The staff treated everyone as if you were staying at a luxury hotel.
• The pool area was very loud. The way it is designed promotes an echo even with the slightest noise. Hot tub was way too hot.

“The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. My only complaint would be that the walls do not seem to be a very good noise buffer. We could hear all that was going on outside our door and in the room above.”

• Plesantly decorated and roomy - a great experience.

“You cannot get into the lot from Meridian but must go to Pennsylvania and turn North then 1 block. We also over-shot the hotel as the signage facing south on Meridian was poorly lit up - but the manager on Sunday said they had a service call in to fix that.”

• It was very comfortable, clean, had a wonderful full breakfast buffet each morning. The staff was all smiles and friendly always.
• There wasn't anything I did not like about this hotel!

“I travel a great deal being President of Dream Catchers, USA at my own expense and try to save where ever it is possible. I too am partially handicapped. On this hotel, I felt blessed! I use a c-pap with air filtered through water to sleep due to life long asthma. What an indicator for cleanliness! The water sometimes at hotels, even non-smoking rooms comes out dingy, yellowish brown from dust and cigarette smoke. Here at Springhill Suites, my water was crystal clean each morning as when freshly filled. What a compliment to their cleaning staff! It was a pleasure to sleep in their comfortable beds and know that the whole time there I was in a clean, comfortable and healthy wholesome hotel that cared about their guests!”

• The air conditioner unit in the room had running water sound all night!

• I was expecting a low class motel but was more than pleasantly pleased with the accommodations which included a pool, gym, and breakfast buffet.
• Nothing comes to mind except it was a little off the beaten path and did not have a good sign from the main road.

“I was more than pleased with the motel and what it had to offer for what I paid. I did think it was funny that I had such a hard time finding any restaurants for the evening meal.”

• Room was a suite, and so was big.
• Too many people at the pool.

“It's a little bit out of town, but in a decent location. The pool was as warm as bathwater. There were way too many people at the pool when we were there - it's not a big pool and there were probably 25 kids in it, and that didn't drop much after 10 pm.”

• We went for the purpose of attending a wedding. The hotel & staff were excellent, the staff helping us locate the wedding on a map.
• The pool didn't stay open long enough in the evening.

“I found the hotel accommodations more than adequate in comparison to similar rated hotels by other members who attended the wedding we attended. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety. I believe that the staff in charge of cleaning the breakfast area could have been more helpful, but overall we had an enjoyable time and would have liked to have stayed a few days longer. When I was unsure of the location of the church for the wedding, the desk clerk took time to pull out a map and patiently went over the best route, which was different than the map quest. It was a much quicker route and because we left late, made the difference of getting to the wedding on time by 15 minutes. Overall, the service was excellent and the help we received went beyond what one would expect.”

• The suite had a lot of room.

“The breakfast was nice. All the staff was great. I felt it was pricey compared to the Comfort Suites less than a mile down the road. I would have rated the cleanliness as a 10 had I not found a dirty or used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. This always makes you wonder how clean the room actually was, although I found no other problems with cleanliness.”

• Free High Speed internet, and a swimming pool. Very Clean and new.
• Elevator was very slow.
