• I liked the private patio off each room.
• Would have like a refrigerator and a table.

“Nicer than most motels for the money spent. Loved the private balcony available with each room. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which was much larger than other motels. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will most definitely return.”

• The room had a modern and updated look to it.
• The TV is in a poor location to watch from bed.

“This hotel mentioned the "ergonomic" chairs in the room, but they are far too short to work at the desk. I had to put a pillow on the chair to be able to use my laptop.”

• Crazy layout has you walking a half mile to elevator or going outside.

• The beds were very comfortable. Better than my own bed!
• The maid hadn't vacuumed and their was food all over the floor.

“Other than the food that was left on the floor from the previous guest we loved the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Great breakfast, quiet room, comfortable, free parking.
• Hard to find, nothing nearby like restaurants shopping.

“Nice hotel within 8 miles of my business destination location. Close to the interstate. Big with many rooms, indoor pool but no business room setup for computer, printer or the like. Room was quiet and comfortable.”

• Bedding linens and pillows.
• Breakfast was poor for the price. Denny's gives better value.

• The internet connection in the room was easy. Good bed and bathroom facility.
• Charge for buffet. But, today, little is grattis.

“Easy from highway to arrive to. Located on a most significant street, Meridian. Leads to the new upscale business and residential destinations or, south to the core of Indianapolis.”

• Clean hot tub excellent public spaces accommodating staff.
• No in room refrigerator and no microwave in public space.

“I do not get up early in the a.m. the note on the door worked for enjoying and uninterrupted morning. When I asked the staff to service the room later in the day, they were very accommodating and polite.”

• The staff went out of their way to find my daughter's diamond and pearl earrings she left behind. I appreciate the extra effort!
• The room was a bit small, but fine for our limited time there.

• The way they serve breakfast.

“Overall it was a great stay and had no problems other than my wife smokes and it is no smoking. She had to go outside a lot. They should make the top floor for smokers.”

• Noise from the air conditioning unit when running.

• Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.
• Parking due to construction but sometimes cannot be helped.

“My family reserved two rooms at this location and was pleased that the hotel staff was able to place us side by side with the requests we made. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and the children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the whirlpool. The location of this hotel was very central to everything we planned for our trip and in a "safe" area.”

• No free breakfast. Poor selection of TV channels. Outdated fitness room.

• The place was very clean, neat and sharp.
• The breakfast gave the impression it was a complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't.

“Very nice. Suggestion: have a complimentary breakfast instead of charging a relatively high price for ala carte items and giving the impression (without saying) that it was included in the motel price.”
