• Nice bedding and all rooms are suites.
• We were put on a smoking floor.

“We have stayed here before and we like it very much, but I have noticed that when you get this hotel, they assign you rooms that no one else wants. Either they are near the elevator or on the smoking floor.”

• Very clean and kept up to date. Friendly staff.
• Kept running out of towels in pool area but they would bring them when asked.

• Huge room, very clean with fridge and microwave.
• Restaurant food was poor.

“Very nice property. Two completely separate rooms with a door. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom / vanity area was well thought out and very functional.”

• They did not offer a complimentary breakfast.

• Wonderful hotel room, for a great price, great bed.

“My stay from the moment I walked into the lobby, to getting into my room was very impressive. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the room reminded me of home.”

• Shower head was broken, and we were first put in a smoking room.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chocolate chip cookies were excellent.
• There was not a Jacuzzi tub in the suite.

“The service was excellent. Andrew was very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. I would stay there again.”

• Friendliness of staff.
• The pool walls/floor was so rough it cut our skin.

“The hotel was definitely better than we expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as were the common areas. We would definitely stay there again. My only concern was with the pool. I realize there needs to be some sort of "slip" protection but the surface was so rough it cut everyone's feet and I have several scrapes on my knee. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, this was my first Doubletree. I have never been in a pool like that. Plus, they didn't do a very good job at keeping the pool area stocked with towels. I swam twice and both times had to ask for towels.”

• Located close to Butler University and the Interstate.
• There was stain on one of the bed sheets.

“Very nice, clean, bright and friendly staff. We loved the fireplace in the bar for a late night drink.”

• Upgrade upon arrival, complimentary chocolate chip cookies upon check-in!
• No sign off of main road so a little difficult to find!

“The hotel was very clean and modern. We loved the suites. The complimentary fresh baked cookie was a nice surprise upon checking in. The staff was friendly and even upgraded our room upon arrival. It was the perfect stay for my husband and I!”

• Room size is very good and bed very comfortable.
• Amenities were lacking-no regular coffee for in-room pot, shampoo and lotion had obviously been previously used. Vanity top was unstable.

“A business hotel that caters to families on weekends. Good sized rooms, comfortable mattresses but bathrooms need some updating and the bed linens were thin. Very nice staff at front desk. Noise from lobby echoed through the 2nd floor hallways and into the rooms (as it was a weekend, the noise was crying babies and loud parents). Found trash in hallway the morning I left; notified front desk staff and they sent someone to take care of it right away. Only decaf coffee for in-room coffee maker; room not supplied very well.”

• Size of room.
• No soundproofing. This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely noisy.

“The room was nice. The couch was old and the mattress was terrible. We could hear someone arguing all night next to us. We could hear anyone and everyone walking down the hallway. We could hear every word anyone said. It was like sleeping without walls. I would never stay here again.”
