• Location to the convention was perfect!
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“The staff was professional and efficient in the hotel as well as the restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

• Attached to the skywalk.
• $25.00 a night to park, $2.00 for a local call, and a refrigerator in the room that if you even touch the food, you get charged.

“This Hotel charges for everything, including the wireless internet in tour room. you can't even use the computer in the business computer without being charged by the minute.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• My toilet ran. My sink clogged. The entrance isn't really at the address given.

“This hotel is very nice looking and the beds are very comfortable. We walked in and the toilet was running. We had to remove the top and fix it in order to make it stop. Then when preparing to go out to a wedding, the sink clogged. After 45 minutes someone arrived to fix it with just a plunger. They didn't bring anything else along nor did they listen to what we thought would help to fix it. Lastly, the street address of the hotel is to the front of the court yard. The actual entrance is one block over. That wouldn't be a problem but in Indy you are navigating a lot of one way streets.”

• Always willing to accomodate your requests, all hotel staff is attentive.
• I was disappointed to see all of the bugs in the bathroom light fixture.

“We have stayed at this Westin several times. All rooms have always meet and or exceeded our expectations. However, this stay the bathroom light fixture was an issue, it was filled with dead bugs. I am very picky about things being clean. I would still recommend this hotel, just maybe ask for a different room on our next stay.”

• I liked the attention of the valets and their willingness to give quick service and info.
• I did not like the surprise of an added $25 per day to park car.

• It was located in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis and I was able to walk to other locations, in addition, the hotel was connected by Skywalks.
• The people at the front desk weren't very friendly upon my arrival.

“The Westin is located in a wonderful place in Indianapolis, and connected by Skywalk to the Mall and Convention Center. The hotel was clean and decorated well. The bedding in the room was amazing.”

• Long pool hours and free Wi-Fi in lobby.
• Did not like that Wi-Fi is not free in guest rooms.

• Good location. Nice facilities.
• Our room was very shoddy. Several things did not function (shower head, phones, electric outlet) and we had the worst view in the hotel.

“They must save the most crappy room for the people who get the best deal on a room. We left a list of issues at the front desk.”

• It was conveniently located to downtown.
• 1.Lighting in the room dim. 2. Bathroom towel bar rusty 3. Toilet ran.

“Overall this was a great hotel. We loved the location. We were able to walk to many of the Indianapolis attractions. We would definitely stay at the Westin in the future.”

• The location was great.
• There was no vent in the bathroom.

“The hotel room was very comfortable. I loved the comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is in an awesome location. It is only a short walk to the convention center. There were only a few things I did not like. The cost of parking was outrageous! It was $24.00 for 24 hours. Also, the bathroom did not have a vent. The bathroom was very humid after 3 showers. All in all we had a great stay. The good outweigh the bad. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

• Location to our planned event. Clean, comfortable.
• Confusion over minibar use by front desk.

“It was a very nice hotel, walking distance to the activities we had planned. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Also very nice double shower heads.”

• Gave away a free backpack and hat in a kid friendly pack for little kids.
• Pool way too small for such a large hotel. $25 for parking is ridiculous!

“This hotel is not as nice as some of the other area 3 star hotels. The location is fairly convenient, you need only walk 2 blocks to get to all the Downtown restaurants and shopping. The bathrooms in the rooms are so tiny you have to straddle the toilet to get the bathroom door shut!”

• The comfort of the beds and pillow selections.
• The fitness room was dated and minimally adequate.

“Upon arrival two staff were in conversation in a room adjoining the reception desk but despite seeing myself and another customer waiting to check in neither got up to help until instructed to do so by an additional employee who came after we had waited for several minutes. Otherwise staff was responsive and helpful. The fitness equipment was run-down and in very tight quarters. I know the Hyatt across the street has much better facilities.”

• The hotel was located steps away from lots of activities. It was nice to be able to walk to them all.
• The bathroom in rooms was on the small side.

“The hotel was great with lots of walking distance activates - shopping, eating and playing no need for a rental car or taxi.”

• The hotel staff was professional, courteous and willing to accommodate all request.
• Clerk at convenience store located in hotel lobby denied my request to change a $10 bill into to two $5, unless I purchased something from the store.

“Wonderful staff and lobby area. Rooms were well appointed and spacious, with a great view of the downtown area.”

• Parking extremely expensive, especially for area.

“Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would suggest it. The only issue I had was that for $25 a night parking, in Indianapolis I found this very excessive.”

• Staff was courteous and competent. Excellent location. I was upgraded to club level with no charge.

“Clean, convenient, and courteous. We had a terrific stay. I did not like the original room they put us in, and we were upgraded to the club level at no charge. Had a terrific stay would definitely recommend!”
