• Very close to site we were visiting, helpful staff.
• $12.00 to park overnight, $10.00 for a hot breakfast.

• Breakfast area and community or lobby space was large, but private.
• Parking is bad. There is an electronic arm and it does not work.

“Great hotel and very convenient. Pool is fantastic and the lobby area is warm and comfortable for breakfast, but large enough to feel private to all guests. It is difficult to get into the hotel due to a faulty mechanical arm at the entrance. It is even more difficult to get out of the parking area, even with your pass key. Faulty system needs attention.”

• Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

“I attend an annual conference in downtown Indianapolis, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel for a reasonable within walking distance to many downtown Indianapolis landmarks. The in-out privileges of the secure parking lot by swiping a card were greatly appreciated, although it did cost an additional $12.00 park in the lot. Considering the fact that this was also the date of a Colts football weekend, I was happy to be able to park so close to the hotel.”

• Large room with space to read or work.
• Food only available until 9:00 am in the morning.

“Overall very good. I would make hotel food available in the afternoon also. I would also have a less expensive way to get to the airport than calling an expensive taxi. Shuttle service would be nice.”

• Nice spacious rooms. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and large room.

• Would have preferred a choice of a free continental breakfast instead of the buffet.

• Fire Alarm (false alarm) going off at 2:30 in the morning.

“Clean hotel. Had a hard time regulating heat in the room, too warm. Fire alarm (false alarm) went off at 2:30 in the morning. Toilet had a mind of its own.”

• The staff at the front desk, was outstanding. They were ready and willing to do anything they could to make our stay comfortable.
• Parking. Paying for parking when one is already paying for a room seems excessive.

“With the exception of having to pay $12 a night to park the hotel was fine. It is just what you expect from a Marriott, clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. The thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. They seem really happy to be there and are always ready to please. The person at the front desk is an especially bright star for this hotel with her smile and winning personality. She is a great asset for this location.”
