“Located in the heart of the Indianapolis, the Marriott is an excellent choice for business and pleasure. The pool and spa are both excellent after a day of sightseeing or meetings. The staff is nice and helpful plus the free cookies and fruit-flavored water were excellent additions.”

“We had a problem in our original room having noise from other guests. The management staff had us moved into another room within an hour. Very nice and clean areas, comfy furniture and atmosphere was nice.”

“Overall, the experience was nice. Not perfect, but nice. I called the day before checking in to make sure they had us down for a King sized room. The lady on the phone was NOT helpful nor friendly. When we checked in, assuming they had put us in a King room, we were surprised to find that they had not. As we had reservations and had to leave immediately, we called in route to have this corrected - the staff did oblige the request and moved our belongings into a King size room.”

“The hotel is first class. Every employee was very courteous and willing to take care of anything I asked. I needed my sunglasses out of my car so I asked at valet to get it for me. The guy sprinted to my car, retrieved them, and sprinted them back to me. The room service was fast and the food was delicious! The room was very clean and the cleaning staff kept it that way! The view was amazing from the 19th floor! A first class hotel all the way.”

“This is a nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. And they lure you in with seemingly low per-night room rates. But all the hidden fees will really ruin your experience.”

“When we checked in at the hotel Friday evening, we were told that they had overbooked and they had no rooms. They told us that they would get us a reservation at Hyatt a couple of blocks away and that there would be no charge. We were also told for our inconvenience that we would not be charged for the original room at the Marriott. So far we have not seen any credit to our charge card.”

“The friendly staff and the service at this hotel were excellent. After a 6+ hour trip to reach the destination, we were granted an early check in. Although the hotel restaurant was undergoing renovations, the nearby Champs restaurant provided wonderful meals and service.”

“The Downtown Marriott was located in the heart of downtown near the Mall, restaurants and nightclubs. It was also within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Large, clean rooms made our stay comfortable. Satellite TV in the on-site sports bar was an added bonus as we could watch our out of state NFL team on Sunday.”
