• Lobby looked nice.
• Unclean, and rude staff manager.

“This hotel rooms were unclean. The shower floor was very dirty and the pool area had dirty towels all over with a very dirty looking floor. Our non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke and got worse once you turned the heat on. The management staff was very rude and charges us $10 for parking. The manager was very unhelpful. They just don't care about the costumer. You'd be better off going to one of many other downtown hotels and they'd be much closer to circle center! Which has cheaper parking.”

• The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.
• Nothing.

“We liked this hotel. The only downside was that our room was on the busy street side directly across from the new stadium. On Friday night a public service announcement played over and over until after 10 PM.”

• It was convenient for where I was going.
• There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

“Clean, friendly people, but was disappointed about the parking situation. Tow trucks should not be in their parking lot. It looks bad for the hotel.”

• Competitive price with an excellent continental breakfast.
• Closet space was very limiting and only 3 hangers were provided.

• Location.
• Parking was very poor. Charged me to leave my car there in the hotel lot!

“Close++ to Dome, parking situation is poor, especially around games. Charged me $20 to leave my car in the hotel lot!”
