“When I first arrived at this hotel I noticed what appeared to be an energetic hotel manager. After receiving my key and having been told the best place to park, I proceeded to my room having to weave between trays of food partly finished food left outside guest rooms. Traveling up the elevator that smelled musty with a slightly smoky undertone, I proceeded down the third floor hallway where my room was located. Upon entering my room I immediately noticed several stains camouflaged amongst the patterned carpet amongst the tears and half dollar sized holes. I proceeded towards the chair in the single room to relax my feet and immediately noticed mud stains on the chair. Deciding that I did not want to get my wool slacks dirty, I heard what sounded like a knock on my door, I went to the door to look out the security hole only to find that it was plugged with a wad of paper. Not being able to see who was at the door I decided to wash up in the bathroom only to notice that the bath tub drain for the tub was broken and sitting on the side of the tub. Having washed, I reentered the single room where the bed, TV, chair and desk were packed. I slowly pulled back the sheets, dreading the worst but hoping for the best. Shocker, the sheets were clean at least I hoped they were.”

“It was very nice over all. The music from the restaurant was annoying but that ended after a couple hours. Also, there was a door adjoining my room to another room. It was unlocked when I arrived. That was a bit of a safety concern.”

“The location of the hotel was excellent, but there was food on a room service tray in our hallway when we checked in @ 2pm and it was still there when we checked out @ 11am the next morning. Also, there was a sweeper in the hallway for the same amount of time.”

“I would gladly stay there again except for one drawback. They ask for a card in case of incidental expenses. I had no incidental expenses but had two charges to my card when I checked bank statement after arriving home. Placed phone call to hotel and they said that they would remove them .almost five days later charges are still there. They could not give me a reason for the charges.”
