• The beds and bedding were awesome! Four pillows per bed is a must and it was great.
• Nothing really. The bar could stay open later maybe.

“We stayed at this hotel for my adult daughter's birthday so that we could go to downtown bars. The hotel was awesome, well decorated, and extremely clean. The staff were exceptionally efficient and made sure we had everything we needed, and were very friendly. Our stay could not have been better.”

• Did not use - no pool.
• No pool.

“Even this survey asks if you like the pool, and there is not one. I am disputing my charge and saving a copy of this to attach to my dispute file. The hotel also did not show up under Indy 4 star hotels when you search for available properties.”

• Wow - it is not even close to downtown!

“This hotel is a possible 4 star option. It is no where near the other hotels and not near my clients. The Marriott, Omni, and Hyatt are much better options and are all somehow in the same zone.”

• Good pillows.
• Very small, uncomfortable bathroom.

“This hotel seemed more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The staff was adequate, but not super friendly or helpful. The hotel is clean enough, but old and out dated. Good beds and pillows, but you could barely turn around in the bathroom. I would not choose this hotel again unless I had a child attending IUPUI.”

• Comfortable, attractive facility, helpful staff, free wifi.
• Not truly downtown. Not the area I and most travelers expect when bidding. $14 parking.

“Every person we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Room was quite comfortable. The entire hotel looked to be well taken care of. Shuttle available to various points in Indy; service ends at 11 pm.”

• Room was big, bed was very comfy
• Had to pay for parking

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Although I wouldn't quite clasify it as downtown it was perfect because we didn't have to deal with as much traffic and it was close to restaurants and other attractions. We wish there would have been free parking but it was a small price to pay for the quality of the room!”

• The Hotel lobby/room was very clean. The shuttle was useful and the driver friendly.
• Amenities and older decor.

“The rooms are clean, but the decor is a bit dated (popcorn ceilings, etc). The hotel has a bit of a dorm feeling. There is no romantic ambiance.”

• The weight room was grade and we had a delicious dinner at the Chandler restaurant.

• I had no choice but to make the most of my evening, but there was nothing I liked about this hotel.
• The location
  is not
  downtown, not what anyone I know would consider downtown. There is no street parking, restaurants were closed, hotel was deserted.

“I was not disappointed with the hotel since I have stayed there previously and knew what to expect. What I was disappointed with was the hotel itself considers it a 4 star hotel In my opinion, it is not! The location, the parking, the staff, the rooms, the restaurants, the overall experience, none of that is 4 star quality.”

“Clean, basic accommodations. Not truly located in downtown, but there is a free shuttle service. The communication with the front desk and the shuttle driver was often not clear, making pick up difficult especially at night.”
