• It is a well kept up place.
• Not near downtown. No pool.

“It is a nice hotel and great if your needing to be near IUPUI. The workout area was compact but nice but their was no pool or hottub.”

• The hotel was lovely, and the restaurants on site make it easy to stay productive.
• I never found the self parking facility, so I paid $20 per day for valet parking.

• The people that worked there were very nice.
• I didn't like the idea that they charged for parking and they were so far away from the area I wanted to be that they have to supply a shuttle.

“The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, and the decor of the room and public area was very contemporary and tastefully done. Excellent for business travel but that was not my purpose for this trip. I could have called a hotel in the area I wanted to be in and gotten a better price and wouldn't have had to call a cab to get back to a hotel from downtown.”

• Accomodating for business travelers that go there to sleep.
• Definitely not a romantic getaway, on IUPUI's campus.

“Great for someone who is in for a conference or meeting downtown and wouldn't be at the hotel much. Doesn't have any amenities besides a workout area. Most other 4 star hotels offer more. Not for the leisure traveler looking to have a fun weekend.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.
• I thought the bathroom was a little aged.

“I thought this hotel was nice. To be fair, we got in late and left early, so we didn't get to explore the hotel amenities. The best part of the room was the beds, which is all we needed. We used the shuttle bus to get downtown and the drivers were extremely courteous. That was an extremely convenient feature that I would not have known about if my friend hadn't told me about it. All in all, it was a great experience.”

• Staff was great and room had everything I needed.

“Friendly service from beginning to end. Room was pleasant and very functional. The only concern was the lighting in the room was a little dim. The Den had quick food service and friendly people.”

• Location properly marked.

“Toilet in the room made a loud noise and keep running every time you flushed. Check-in desk indicated shuttle driver could take us to any restaurant on a list of 30 downtown. People got on the bus and everyone was asking each other the same thing. The bus driver drove downtown, opened the door and said this is stop 5. Not a single person knew what that meant. I ask him three time if he could take us to the restaurant listed on the paper from the hotel. He finally answered and said he did not know. We got off the bus like everyone else and fended for ourselves. One lady tripped on the step getting off the bus, her arm shattered the bus door window completely and she almost fell on her face. The bus drive never got out of his seat.”

• The young Lady that checked us in did GREAT JOB.
• Bathroom was nasty even after we asked to have it cleaned it was still nasty the next day.

“We have used Priceline for about 5 years now and this is maybe about the 7-8th time we have stayed here. The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The young lady that checked us in there has checked us in several times in the past and gives FIRST CLASS service! I have to admit that this stay left much to be desired. The bathroom in the room had mildew in the tub, the bathroom door looked as though maintenance did some work on it and that housekeeping didn't clean it. We told the desk clerk at the time and they said it would be taken care of. Stayed two nights and problem was not resolved. The shuttle service for football games is a JOKE! It is great transportation to the game but you can't count on a return trip back to the hotel. Make sure you have your waling shoes on for the journey back to the hotel.”

• The beds and bedding were awesome! Four pillows per bed is a must and it was great.
• Nothing really. The bar could stay open later maybe.

“We stayed at this hotel for my adult daughter's birthday so that we could go to downtown bars. The hotel was awesome, well decorated, and extremely clean. The staff were exceptionally efficient and made sure we had everything we needed, and were very friendly. Our stay could not have been better.”

• Did not use - no pool.
• No pool.

“Even this survey asks if you like the pool, and there is not one. I am disputing my charge and saving a copy of this to attach to my dispute file. The hotel also did not show up under Indy 4 star hotels when you search for available properties.”

• Wow - it is not even close to downtown!

“This hotel is a possible 4 star option. It is no where near the other hotels and not near my clients. The Marriott, Omni, and Hyatt are much better options and are all somehow in the same zone.”

• Good pillows.
• Very small, uncomfortable bathroom.

“This hotel seemed more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The staff was adequate, but not super friendly or helpful. The hotel is clean enough, but old and out dated. Good beds and pillows, but you could barely turn around in the bathroom. I would not choose this hotel again unless I had a child attending IUPUI.”

• Comfortable, attractive facility, helpful staff, free wifi.
• Not truly downtown. Not the area I and most travelers expect when bidding. $14 parking.

“Every person we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Room was quite comfortable. The entire hotel looked to be well taken care of. Shuttle available to various points in Indy; service ends at 11 pm.”

• Room was big, bed was very comfy
• Had to pay for parking

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Although I wouldn't quite clasify it as downtown it was perfect because we didn't have to deal with as much traffic and it was close to restaurants and other attractions. We wish there would have been free parking but it was a small price to pay for the quality of the room!”
