“Great stay; I only had one issue, the blanket on our bed was washed and clean but appeared dirty (encrusted dirt), the shower curtain had the same appearance. The room was wonderful and everything was very satisfactory.”

• The location is excellent.
• The place just did not look or smell clean.

“The location is excellent, staff is friendly, but the common areas were not clean. On 2 occasions I found empty beer bottles in the hallway and one occasion in the elevator. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It was convenient and easy to get to with friendly staff.
• There were a few pet hairs on couch that could have been cleaned off.

“This hotel, overall, was one of the best we've stayed at doe a long time. The receptionist was very friendly and very kind to us when we arrived. The room was very clean except for a few pet hairs on the couch, but other than that, was a very nice room. We slept very well in the bed, and the mini-kitchen with stove, ref., sink, and dishwasher were all very convenient. Overall, I would rate this room, stay, and management and staff, excellent!”

“I was Greatly disappointed with an overnight hotel. The amenities on this page list pool. However, there is what the hotel has labeled as a Spa which is the equivalent of a hot tub. The TV remote had the channel numbers locked out so you could only change channels by using the up and down arrows and the TV had the channel display blocked out, so you have no idea what channel you are on. This could be a channel surfers dream, but was very frustrating to us. They offer wireless internet for a daily fee. The safe deposit boxes are just inside the front door, but outside of the key-card entry door. There were a lot of things about this hotel that just seemed odd. The staff were very accommodating even allowing us to check in early. Overall, our room was clean, but it must have been trash day when we arrived as most doors had their filled trash bags sitting in the hallway, but they were gone by late evening.”

• The bed sheets are too small for the mattress - they do not say on.

“Problematic with the Extended Stay family of hotels is they do not answer the phones after a certain time and cannot ask for directions or other - as I needed too. The beds are not too comfortable and the sheets are too small so the fitted sheet does not remain on the mattress - made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.”

• It was quiet and very comfortable
• There were spiders in the bathroom. The corners of the tub were not clean.

“Overall the visit was nice. The staff was awesome. I was just a little concerned about the spiders.”

• The hotel is in a great location for shopping.
• The toilet had a black ring in it.

“I would not recommend this hotel to persons with children because it was not very clean. The toilet had a black ring in it and the lobby smelled so bad my 9 year old daughter got nauseated.”
