• The room was comfortable and nice.
• The cleaning lady kept turning my alarm on and it woke me up at 7 in the morning.

“It was great besides being woke up at 7 in the morning by an alarm that I did not set. I turned it off and the next day it was turned back on again and it would have woke me up at 7am again had I not noticed it was set before I went to bed that night. That angered me about the whole weekend, that someone was playing such a cruel joke by setting my alarm that I did not need.”

• Rundown poor maintenance.

“Staff was not real friendly, mislead about room, lead to believe we bought non smoking, given smoking told us they had not had a non smoking room available for 3 weeks. Unacceptable.”

• Easy to find, a variety of restaurants nearby.
• Needs updated. Bedspreads looked dirty. A little noisy.

“Will not stay here again. Room seemed stuffy & smelly, the bedspread looked dirty. Bathroom is in need of updating.”

• Clean. Easy to find and convenient.
• Small bathroom.

“If you just need a place to rest your head for the night and are not looking for anything fancy, this is definitely suitable. It's not glamorous, no frills, but it is well kept!”

• Good location for Indy 500 overnight stay.
• One ice machine on first floor, no hot tub.

• They met all expectations I have from a hotel.
• They did not exceed the expectations I have from a hotel.

“La Quinta is a very utilitarian hotel. The only thing negative I can say is that the continental breakfast is poorly managed, too much bottle-neck at the waffle maker. Other than that my expectations were met.”

• Great pool, clean rooms.
• With exception of Cartoon Network which is greatly lacking Cable TV offers virtually nothing for children and families not even PBS.

“Overall a great hotel. Did have some recurring problems with key cards, but staff cheerfully and quickly fixed it. TV viewing was lacking for children and adults who like family channels- the only offering for children was Cartoon Network which is greatly lacking. The beds were a bit firm.”

• Location, heated indoor pool, breakfast served, front desk staff was awesome !
• Housekeeping staff didn't see to keep the common areas free of debris.

“This is my 3rd stay at this particular establishment. I was glad to see some of the same staff at the front desk from the prior year. The continental breakfast was perfect, the local info near check-in was very helpful and it was great having a few friends over to swim with us in the indoor heated pool for an hour or so. It seemed like housekeeping was not keeping up with the rest of the hotel. Trash in the halls, dirty looking doors to bathroom near pool, and you could see bagels in their carts, some were talking on their cell phones and conversations my daughter (8) did not need to hear. But - it did not effect my visit or opinion at all. This location is great and the housekeeping did not bring down the experience.”
