• The hotel was extremely, nice and I could not beat the priceline price.

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was there for a business trip and wish I could have joined them for breakfast and happy hour. The hotel was very clean and quiet by the airport. I had friends who stayed at a more expensive hotel and was woken up by a loud vibration every morning from the airplanes.”

• Parking was tight - had to park a long way from room.

• Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable.

“We only stayed here a few hours because we had to catch a plane. Wish we could have stayed longer, they had a free full breakfast that looked very good, but we had not time to eat! The hotel was very comfy and roomy and the staff was nice.”

• Great deal for hotel.
• The A/c was not working correctly and was toled couldn't move to another room.

• Pool area was not clean, after 20 minutes it was wiped with a dry mop no disinfectant or cleaning products used.

“The hotel was great, the staff friendly. They need to get a proper cleaning procedure set for all shifts. The location was great easy to get around.”

• Terrific breakfast: eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles and far too much for two travelers.
  
• Smal pool and
  small TV.

• Parking was
  not available due to political rally. Had to park several blocks away and carry luggage to hotel.

“Would have enjoyed my stay much more if there was no political rally across the street. It was hard to get to hotel and to find close parking due to the rally. Hotel security was not helpful by yelling at hotel guests to move cars since usual parking was not available due to rally. They provided no suggestions were to park while you checked in, just move your car!”

• Easy to get to downtown. Up to date décor. Nice full kitchen. Variety at included breakfast.
• Parking lot surrounded by sketchy neighborhood, hard to find parking spot near hotel entrance, building was not connected to pool/restaurant.

“Great alternative to the regular hotel room because it has a full kitchen and sitting area. The decor is up to date. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The variety of food for the complimentary breakfast was great, including eggs, home fries, cereals, bagels, yogurt, fruit and make your own waffles - though my fellow traveler was disappointed there was no bacon offered. The parking lot was a bit sketchy. There were some characters milling about who either lived in the neighborhood down the road or were visiting the Waffle House nearby. It was hard to find parking near the entrance that led to our room. Some lights in the parking lot were burnt out. We parked as close to a light as we could in the lot of the abandoned restaurant which is basically on the same property. It was easy to get to/from downtown from this hotel.”

• It was a suite and that was great.
• The location seemed dark on the arrival and it was late. This was near a highway and felt a little sketchy.

• Breakfast and dinners were provided by the hotel.
• We were not able to have a non-smoking room as we had requested.

“Our room was spacious (with a kitchenette and a sofa in addition to our queen sized bed). We had never stayed at a Residence Inn before. We were pleased with the room and service. We were not aware that the breakfast was going to be so good or that the menus varied from day to day. It was also a pleasant surprise to have the daily paper (even on Sunday) available to us for free. We only regret that this meeting we attended will not be held next year. If it had been, we would have been happy to return.”

• Great shuttle service to the airport. It is the last stop before the airport.
• Nothing really.

“I only needed this room for a short night since I had an early flight the next day. It would be great for a longer stay since they are suites with small kitchens and that. The bathrooms were well laid out and very nice. The airport shuttle was very convenient. I am not sure how you advertise this but this hotel is the last stop on the way to the airport. So that means you are at the airport in 2 minutes without having to go to 10 more hotels.”

• Social Hour in the early evening that included light meal.
• I can't think of one thing!

“There was a note posted on the refrigerator in our suite that stated that the facility's mission was to be the friendliest and best motel in town. I think they're accomplishing their mission. We never got past the front desk without being greeted warmly. Food was delicious and abundant. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.”
