• Easy to get to downtown. Up to date décor. Nice full kitchen. Variety at included breakfast.
• Parking lot surrounded by sketchy neighborhood, hard to find parking spot near hotel entrance, building was not connected to pool/restaurant.

“Great alternative to the regular hotel room because it has a full kitchen and sitting area. The decor is up to date. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The variety of food for the complimentary breakfast was great, including eggs, home fries, cereals, bagels, yogurt, fruit and make your own waffles - though my fellow traveler was disappointed there was no bacon offered. The parking lot was a bit sketchy. There were some characters milling about who either lived in the neighborhood down the road or were visiting the Waffle House nearby. It was hard to find parking near the entrance that led to our room. Some lights in the parking lot were burnt out. We parked as close to a light as we could in the lot of the abandoned restaurant which is basically on the same property. It was easy to get to/from downtown from this hotel.”

• It was a suite and that was great.
• The location seemed dark on the arrival and it was late. This was near a highway and felt a little sketchy.

• Too popular - multiple sports teams were running and talking.

• Breakfast and dinners were provided by the hotel.
• We were not able to have a non-smoking room as we had requested.

“Our room was spacious (with a kitchenette and a sofa in addition to our queen sized bed). We had never stayed at a Residence Inn before. We were pleased with the room and service. We were not aware that the breakfast was going to be so good or that the menus varied from day to day. It was also a pleasant surprise to have the daily paper (even on Sunday) available to us for free. We only regret that this meeting we attended will not be held next year. If it had been, we would have been happy to return.”

• Great shuttle service to the airport. It is the last stop before the airport.
• Nothing really.

“I only needed this room for a short night since I had an early flight the next day. It would be great for a longer stay since they are suites with small kitchens and that. The bathrooms were well laid out and very nice. The airport shuttle was very convenient. I am not sure how you advertise this but this hotel is the last stop on the way to the airport. So that means you are at the airport in 2 minutes without having to go to 10 more hotels.”

• Social Hour in the early evening that included light meal.
• I can't think of one thing!

“There was a note posted on the refrigerator in our suite that stated that the facility's mission was to be the friendliest and best motel in town. I think they're accomplishing their mission. We never got past the front desk without being greeted warmly. Food was delicious and abundant. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.”

• Large room with appliances.
• There was only one person attending breakfast. It was 30 minutes late and poor service.

“The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are well maintained. The hotel was very short staffed in the morning. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 am and it wasn't put out till 6:30 am and then by only one person.”

• Beautiful, quality towels & amenities, clean, full and delicious breakfast.
• No separation of lave from bed area, so light shone on sleeper.

“This hotel was a pleasure to stay at and we only regretted that we had to be in and out so quickly, and it was only a quick 5 minute drive to the airport.”

• Perfect location and breakfast too.
• The sofa was not very comfortable.

“Great place to stay. Overall, the room was nice and clean. There appeared to be very nice amenities, although I was just there a short time. They do offer a very nice breakfast, including some hot items. I would stay there again.”

• Nice room size, friendly staff, quiet, clean, hot breakfast buffet

“The staff at the hotel was friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot breakfast buffet. I would come back and stay and I would hightly recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• Failure to follow up with requested wakeup call. Dirty breakfast dishes depositary container positioned in dining room very close to breakfast food.

“The rooms are attractively done and comfortable. Negatives: 1) Shuttle service to airport ran 15 to 20 minutes later than indicated by hotel staff. 2) Light in shower room did not work. 3) Failure of hotel staff to follow through with my requested wake up call. 4) Insufficient staff to clean tables and collect dirty breakfast dishes.”

• Easy to find
• Dirty, stinky, cigarette burns, 1 star at best, ac didn't work

“That puts it inline with a Motel 6 or a Super 8. Not what I expected from a Residence Inn by Marriot. Our room was gross. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Toilet didn't work. The AC hadn't been turned on and it took 6 hours for our room to get below 80 degrees. I would not recommend this hotel for the price. The star rating of this hotel should be downgraded to approx 2 stars. I searched the whole city of Indinapolis to find one of the highest rated hotels and got this piece of garbage.”

• The staff was very friendly. The front desk person even printed directions from the hotel to my home at checkout.
• The A/C unit was very very loud.

“The hotel is very clean and well decorated. The staff is wonderful. The pool was a bit small for the size of the hotel considering it is acually 2 seperate buildings (one across the parking lot from the other). The free hot breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel before - so much to choose from! The only negative thing I can say is that the A/C units are very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep.”

• A great place to stay especially for the price. The room was fabulous as were all the staff. A+ to our shuttle drivers!

“The staff were fantastic! The room was fabulous! The airport shuttle was fast and effecient--we loved the gal who drove us to the airport! Everything was clean and fresh in our room as well as the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.”
