• It was cheap and had a convenient location.
• I wish I'd have spent another $20 and moved up a bit in quality.

“Like I said, the price was right. I was only there for 12 hours, so everything was fine. Location was perfect for me. The late night hotel staff was exactly what you'd expect...competent, but not particularly great at greeting the weary traveler. I was given excellent driving directions by the day staff though. No TV remote in the room, the tub backed up when I showered. All around, it was an O.K. experience.”

• The personnel were very friendly and helpful.
• It's in very poor condition and in a bad location.

“The hotel is in much need of repair and refurbishment. We stayed in a section of the hotel that was designated as no smoking and it reeked of smoke, the carpet is worn in the hallways, there were water spots on the ceiling of our bathroom. I wouldn't have minded at all the simplicity of the hotel and it's rooms but it's in bad shape.”

• The public areas were filthy.

“I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was filthy and the front desk staff were less than friendly. There was mold on the bathroom wall. The curtains had heavy dust and cobwebs along the top edge. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, to the extent that clothing items that stayed in our luggage had to be washed when we got home. Very disappointed!! ”

“My 5 year old son and my 7 year old daughter found a crack pipe in the bath room 10 minutes before we left, talked with hotel said they needed to talk with you guys about situation some please contact me back.”

• This hotel was extremely dirty and nasty.

“The cost of the room per night was outrageous for the location and the surroundings. We did not stay the night. The hotel was dirty and it looked like somebody had already slept in the bed. I will be calling to ask for a full refund do to the fact I did not stay at this hotel. I would have rather slept in the front seat of my truck.”

• Fairly easy to find.
• People partying in rooms.

“I was very displeased with this hotel. We had wanted to have a place for our children to swim, but there was people that had their children swimming there that were not in rooms. I saw a women picking up children that had been swimming. So the pool was very full and I asked if I could maybe get one of our three rooms upgraded to a room with a hot tub or something for the children to do. So 50.00 later we had a room that had a tub that took two hours to fill because the water barely came out. Walking to our rooms was another issue, there were always people standing in the hallways outside of some of the rooms and I saw them taking beer into one of them. Then I learned the next day that, two people had been throwing rocks at the windows of the room my kids were in and begging them to come down and let them in. I thought that by staying in a hotel chain such quality inns that our family vacation would be much nicer. I also want to tell you that the room I had was a king size bed and a sleeper sofa and the sofa in that room had no sheets or blankets or any extra pillows. The other two rooms did have these things.”

• Close to the amusement park we were going to.
• The rooms could have been cleaner.

“Rooms were affordable, however they could have been cleaner. The staff through out the hotel were all friendly and helpful.”

• Very clean room, fan in bathroom, cable TV, pool.
• Bathroom fan not working well, parking not close to room.

“Nice employees, pool nice but cold, very nice breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants, clean beds and room, quiet. Only problem is fan in bathroom not working right but we neglected to tell front desk.”
