“This is a "has-been" downtown hotel that has poor service. Two days in a row out of three, we got locked out of our rooms because the security system was messed up; it took 20 minutes for someone to come with a new key. Carpeting in the hallway was stained. This hotel may have at one time been a luxury hotel, no longer now. ”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not spacious. The breakfast was a nice feature, less food choices than similar hotels. It was nice to have wireless easily available everywhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no elevator and some staff were rude and lazy. I had a difficult time getting someone to assist me in carrying my luggage to the lobby in the morning.”

“Other than no elevator, we truly appreciated the value of our room and we saved nearly 50%. The staff was very courteous, the airport shuttle ran every 1/2 hour, personal pick up from the airport, and the continental breakfast was wonderful. I'd highly recommend LaQuinta Indy Airport to all my friends.”

“Arrived approximately 11:30pm for check-in, young man upgraded me to a room with a microwave and fridge at no extra cost - nice surprise! Room was clean, staff friendly, complimentary breakfast nice (make your own waffles!), coffeemaker, iron and ironing board in room - these are always welcome when traveling! Overall a good experience for a GREAT price!”

“Other airport hotels offer free transportation to the airport and parking for a fee. We were denied both of these services after having been told by an employee that we would be able to use them. The member of their staff in charge of the contenental breakfast was rude to my 15-year-old daughter.”

“Great value for those flying out of Indianapolis Airport Shuttle service and free long term parking. Hotel allows you to leave car in there lot while you are out of town. We were in Vegas for 5 days and saved money on long term parking and the cost of the room.”
