• The customer service was well above standard!
• The patches in the pool made me nervous.

“This hotel was very elegant,and charming. The staff at the hotel bent over backwards to make sure my stay was very pleasant. This is the first time in a long time I was able to relax and enjoy myself!”

• It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The smell of cigarette smoke throughout the lobby somewhat detracted from the hotel.

“We were only there one night, but the room was very comfortable. The fitness equipment was up to date. We only ate at the bar, which was pretty good. Overall worth the stay. I would stay there again.”

• It provided me with the services to be expected from a hotel.
• Pool area was unimpressive and shower runoff onto floor and carpet.

“As already stated, the pool area was pretty weak. Did not appear to be invested in at all. Shower took a long time to warm up, and ran out of hot water quickly, plus, the runoff of water from shower invaded the bathroom floor, and ran under bathroom door onto carpet of room. It was a handicapped shower. Are they all like this in the hotel?”

• Centrally located on the Harbor beautiful sceneries.
• Lack of room cleanliness.

“The hotel is located on the Harbor and the view from the hotel is amazing when the sun sets on the water. You have access to lunch and dinner cruses on the Lake Princess on lake Michigan. there are things to do and see in Muskegon, Mi that will keep you busy.”

• The indoor pool. While there, the weather was stormy but my daughter and I could still swim.
• Our view. The window was small and high - view of parking lot.

“Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and fresh smelled. Room service arrived quickly and was as tasty as if I'd ordered at the restaurant. All staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The cleanness of the room.
• teen workers who had no clue what they were doing.

“We are from Chicago and went to the silver lake area but could not find a hotel nearby so we ended up staying in this hotel which is an hour away! But it was ok when we checked in too many teens who did not know what they were doing , gave us the wrong room so we had to get a cot for me and my brother to sleep on! Pool was cold since the doors were open to the outside but I guess I could say it was an okay hotel not the best I have been too. Next time I am in Muskegon I will stay some place else.”
