• Great pool area.
• No hot water 1st night, unable to cancel 3rd night.

“Rooms were a bit small and crowded with 2 queen size beds. Our wing had no hot water, which was resolved by the 2nd day of a 3-day stay. Great house-keeping. The hotel management would not allow me to cancel the 3rd day, even though it was 2 days in advance.”

“The room was smelly so I got air freshener. I was told the price was more then it was originally told over the phone. Then they did accommodate me with the price. The remote was not working so they brought me another one. The web site says they have microwaves but that is in only 50 rooms then you have to go to the pool area to use the Microwave. It was musty smelling so I had to get air freshener. The pool area was so hot, there was no fans or exhaust. You couldn't use the stairs to the second floor they have in the picture because the doors are locked. It is continently located and the staff did work to satisfy my requests. The blankets on the beds were worn and rough. The room still had crumbs on the floor of the bathroom area. Ill be here for a few days so well see how the breakfast is in the morning. The room is way small and so are the bathrooms with just the toilet and tub. I think the pool closed too early and should stay open till 11pm.There isn't anything for the kids to do as for a game room.”

“This hotel is in a central location and is accessible by freeways quickly. Everything was quite good except that sometimes, we had to wait for the breakfast supplies to arrive. The one surprise was that there is a county tax in addition to the regular mi tax.”

• Price was reasonable.
• Exterior poor, bathroom set-up poor and tight.

“Road construction made it difficult to get into parking lot. Once there, a huge flood on the side of the hotel made it impossible to park near the entry door recommended by front clerk. The bathrooms are extremely small, and the toilet paper dispenser is located in a position that does not allow a person to sit on the seat properly.”

• Location- front desk was very helpful and friendly but easily confused.
• There was a mix up on rooms the cleaning staff and maintenance staff opened door to my room. Not as clean as I expected. Breakfast was a joke!

“I suggest that the hotel staff knock on a door and then wait for a response before opening it. This happened to me twice! I rented 3 rooms one of them the air didn't work and the bathroom door didn't close. The rooms weren't very clean. Breakfast was in a room too small for the crowd of people in there. It was a VERY basic continental breakfast. For about 80 some dollars a night I usually get more. Front desk was very friendly and tried to accommodated for mishaps but over all I don't know if I would ever stay again.”

• It was an old, dingy-looking place- everything old.

“For the price, this was not a bad place to stay. I only needed to be there one night, so I didn't mind everything being old. The air conditioner struggled, but made it through the night with a few rumbles and squeaks. The ceilings were low, the carpet was dark and dingy-looking, the breakfast bar was way too small- only 4 tables.”
