“This inn was conveniently located just off the I-465 loop with many nearby restaurants. The staff was welcoming and the inn nicely decorated. The room was good size with large very comfortable beds. The overall impression was of a very clean well maintained facility.”

• Helpful employees.
• No Security in parking lot. Car was broken into. Sheriff told me it is a common occurrence at the hotel. They need to advise guest of theft.

“I was appalled at the lack of security at the hotel. My car was broken into and several articles were stolen. The sheriff told me that this was a common occurrence at that hotel. The hotel should advise guest not to leave anything in the car for any period of time. My car was broken, within one hour after I left it. It was in plane view of the office!”

• 'Antoine' the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Bed is great.
• Pool looks dirty. Didn't want to go in.

• understaffed,hot tub broke, pool dirty, room dirty

“This Fairfield is understaffed and not maintained well. The hot tub was working, pool water was greenish and overall not clean. Light burnt out in room, not clean. Front desk understaffed. Would have to do maintenance work also.”

• Friendliest staff I have encountered
• I did expect a little higher quality room

“Best continental breakfast and service I have ever experienced at this quality of hotel. Tables were cleared and wiped immediately, food restocked immediately. Servers all welcomed my wife and I with a friendly,and genuine "good morning!" Quick, courteous service at the desk and a friendly greeting from housekeeping as we left the room in the morning.”

• The indoor pool was warm and the whirlpool was huge!!!
• It is a little bit tricky to get into. The parking lot is not off the main road.

“We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The continental breakfast left a little bit to be desired but the nice pool made up for it.”

• When we needed two beds, they immediately brought us a roll-away bed.
• A non-smoking room was not available.

“This hotel has nice amenities, although we didn't have time to take advantage of them all. It was clean and we had a pleasant stay.”

• The staff was incredibly pleasant and professional.

“The location was very convenient for me. A new shopping center has just gone up across the street(Bed Bath and Beyond, jewelers, restaurants, etc.). I also love the indoor pool. The staff is exceptional. This Fairfield Inn is the only place I want to stay!”

• Best selection of Continental breakfast bar yet!

“ Not only was it easy to find and close to the highway, it was located near some great shoppes. The hot tub and pool put a nice cap on the day. Then I awoke to find a newspaper under my door. Sleeping in, I was sure that the continental breakfast selection would be slim pickings, but to my amazement it was fully stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of there way get me a phone number. ”
