• Easy to get around, staff was friendly.
• The breakfast, was not very good. Floors were dirty.

• After 8 hours of traveling, the room spoke relaxation.
• Having to walk through the dinning area with 100 people to get to the front desk.

“The hotel was very pleasing. I'm guessing the information did not get passed on to the night staff. At 2 am, I was too tired to be upset. The room was wonderful. Big fluffy bed, soothing music. The room evoked comfort. Especially after a long Flight. We had a hard time getting up the next morning. Night staff was very helpful.”

• VERY comfortable bed! Nice parks like a sleep CD, lavender sheet spray, earplugs, and sleep mask.
• Info in the room said the pool was open till 11pm, but it closed at 10pm. My daughter was disappointed. No complimentary breakfast!

• Great public areas and
  close to airport.

“Great hotel-right across from the old terminal, just a very short drive from the new terminal (and they provide free shuttle). Hotel is clearly designed for people who value their sleep-they offer ambient CD's, a gift pack full of sleep aids, and the whole hotel is very quiet. The public areas are great, and the room is very nice.”

• The bed with 9 pillows & the amenities
• The restaurant food wasn't great. I got sick after eating

“The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The restaurant is the only problem I had. The first night I ordered a prime rib well done, it was medium and I could only eat half. Second night I ordered a sandwich and took it to my room. After eating 1/3 of it, I got sick to my stomach and was sick all night long. Hotel and personnel were fantastic. The drivers of the shuttle from the airport were great and very informative about questions I had about Indianapolis.”

• Customer service was amazing, front desk staff was
  amazing.
• Could hear planes landing, from time to time.

“I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was, the rooms were nicely decorated, and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I will be staying at this location again on my next trip to Indianapolis.”

• It went beyond my expectations in every way.

“I was looking for a place to stay knowing I would arrive late and leave quite early. While I was looking for a clean, comfortable room, what I actually found was an upscale, extra-clean, plushly comfortable room. Even being next to an airport was not a problem. After midnight, there was very little air traffic, and had there been, I had a lovely night-time kit to overcome any annoying noise (provided by the hotel). I would most definitely recommend this hotel!”

• Holiday inn is transforming into a much nicer upscale hotel, hotel staff very pleasant.
• While still in transition in a crown resort. They had no signage identifying the hotel, which was difficult to find in the rainy evening.

“The facility is becoming a much more upscale hotel, furnishings in room are quite nice & while the bathroom is nice. It is very small, no towel racks, ventilation is always an issue with holiday inns, need to improve.”

• The room was spacious and recently updated. The beds were comfortable especially with clean down comforter, no bed spread.
• The hotel restaurant was nothing special. Although staff was friendly, food not so good.

“I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is recently remodeled, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly. The location is right near the Indianapolis airport.”

• Convenience to airport.
• Thin walls.

“The suite we had was beautiful with a huge bathroom and garden tub, but absolutely no hot water. When we complained we were told that the hot water takes awhile to get to our part of the hotel. It never arrived. The walls were paper thin. We were trying to have a romantic evening but at 2:00 AM we heard our neighbors come in and they talked and laughed for hours.”

• I liked that the hotel pool/hot tub was open until 11 on Friday/Saturday. The price was good!
• I did not like that the hotel was under construction but it was quiet.

“The hotel was very close to the Airport, for those traveling by air I believe this would be quite nice. Currently the hotel is being Renovated. It was not loud or anything like that, so I did not find it to be a nuisance. I would stay there again.”

• Beautiful, spacious room with nicely updated bathroom - separate shower and tub.
• The main lobby was under construction.

“The room exceeded our expectations - the room was newly renovated with a beautifully updated bathroom. The staff was very friendly and we wish we could've stayed longer!”

• My room was actually a small suite and very nicely decorated.
• Lobby and main areas are under construction.

“This hotel is going through a conversion to a Crowne Plaza. The lobby and public areas were still under construction. The rooms however have already been upgraded and very nice. Restaurant was closed at night, so only place to eat was in the bar/lounge area with a limited menu.”

• The renovations are top-notch. The rooms are decorated in a classy, modern style.
• The renovations weren't completed yet.

“The hotel is very close to the airport, with ample parking. Inside, the lobby (and the rest of the hotel) is under renovation. Although not yet completed, it is very apparent the finished product will be a classy, modern hotel giving you a comfortable feeling as you walk into the front lobby. The rooms had just been renovated, with fresh decor and a flat screen TV. The rooms had walk-out doors to the indoor pool/hot tub area. Again, the renovations are going to be very nice. All-in-all, the stay was very nice and my family really enjoyed the short time we spent there.”

• Wiliness to accommodate by guest services.
• Was not told about construction when I called for extra information.

“This hotel will be a good accommodation after the construction is completed. I am glad that we only need 1 nights stay, because it would have been inconvenient to us pool, etc. Is there a restaurant? Yes, but never saw a sign, or was directed to the restaurant/bar if we wanted to go there.”
