• Disgusting dirty, under construction, felt unsafe (outside door didn't lock).

“They are construction materials and garbage everywhere. The clientele are sketchy.”

• Building needs painting and grass needs some work.

“It was a nice hotel for the price. There was internet and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a target store and other restaurants. The room was fine.”

• Poor appearance, grounds not clean, burn holes in blanket, scum on bathroom handles, poor TV reception.

“Worst hotel I have stayed in. Your standards have lowered. No one would stay in this hotel if you could see it beforehand. Very disappointed.”

• It was a place to sleep.
• Dirty, run down. Overpriced for the quality.

“I already have a refund request into the customer service department. It was a complete dump. Upon arrival the room was not cleaned, so I ate and had to get back to my seminar. I didn't return to the room until later in the evening only to find police there but my room was cleaned; that means it looked like they made the bed and took out the trash.”

• Good AC.
• Crummy TV channels.

“Overall, the hotel is good for the price. I stayed on the weekend of a Race. The location makes you want to get to the hotel before dark. You get the local channels HBO and ESPN, but nothing else. Staff was overall friendly. Rooms were clean, and the AC worked really well.”

• Dirty, bad smell.

“I would like to cancel my reservation when I saw the hotel room. But I couldn't because of your policy. It was always good when I made a reservation.”
