• Nice size rooms
• Poor management and rude guest.

“Well, for cheap hotel, it was decent. The lazy manager that would not do something proper about a situation that should of been stop long time along. When it comes to the room, they are decent. The pool is only 3-4 ft. The surface around the pool, needs to be cleaned. There is built up slime around the pool making it slick. I will never go back to this hotel.”

• The location was great.
• The fitted sheet wouldnt stay on the bed.

“A place I would stay at again. I didnt feel uneasy about being there. Overall the hotel was a decent place to stay.”

“The carpet was blocking fire exits (which imp pretty sure is breaking several safety regulations and disability acts) and blocked a whole side of the pool from entering or exiting the pool. The pool ladder I used to get in was loose I fell in the pool splitting my toes open (ending up with stitches in my foot) We had been at the motel less than an hour when we asked the manager/owner to not charge us for the room because we had to leave to go to an immediate care center he refused saying it was not a customer service issue, then hung up on my husband no apology no nothing.”

• Dirty rooms, and rude staff.

“Dirt, stale popcorn, chips, and general dirt in corners and along beds. Faucets dripping, installed backwards. Tub faucet leaks, and did not work correctly. Front desk staff rude and slow.”

• Nothing, all my expectations were meet.

• It did offer a nice hot breakfast in the morning.
• The room wasn't clean and the indoor pool was too cold to swim in.

“Upon the initial appearance, the room appeared clean, but we found someone else¿s dirty shirt on the floor after we had settled in, room refrigerator was filthy (looked like a coffee pot wall it's grounds exploded in there!), the indoor swimming pool was too cold to swim in (was informed there was nothing they could do about it), and in the morning you had to wait until the hotel cleaning staff got their plates filled before we could get our food. The staff wasn't overly friendly and we didn't feel very welcome at all.”
