• Great access from I65 & a very clean room.
• Outside table area by bar was not set up with umbrellas for raining evenings.

“My wife and I took our 18 year old son to register for classes at WKU. Two months earlier we came down to view the college and we stayed at a Super 8. The hotel was average at best.”

• I liked the size of the room because it had a king bed and a sleeper sofa.
• Jacuzzi at the pool needed more cleaning. Some of the games in the game room did not work.

“Rooms and staff were nice. Jacuzzi, game room and exercise room need more attention. Overall we had a very nice time.”

• The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful, and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
• Movies were $19.99!

“This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the interstate and is located in a nice seven story building. Everything about the hotel was clean, the staff were all prompt and courteous, and the fountain and pool were well maintained. I would recommend staying here if you have travel needs in the greater Bowling Green area!”

• The entire hotel is smoke free!
• Too many squealing teenagers in pool/hot tub area after 9:00.

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a waterfall in the atrium which is nice but there is a lot of noise in the hallway which spills over into the rooms. Wasn't a problem for us but if noise bothers you, it could be a problem.”

• The aesthetics of the lobby are striking, the room size generous and the staff pleasant.
• The bed was well-worn and highly uncomfortable with a distinct rut in it.

“The hotel is lovely in appearance with an indoor atrium that most all rooms face. While attractive, it can get noisy if children are running and screaming in the hall late at night. The waterfall in the lobby spanning several floors was attractive, but can be heard through the door, although it is not loud and more "white noise" than anything. The staff was accommodating and friendly and did grant a late check out request with grace. I did not utilize the lounge, restaurant or room service. The room and all common areas including the stairwells were exceptionally clean and in working order. The king room I stayed in was generously sized and attractive, with room to work in a comfortable desk and chair. The wireless internet was easy to access and reliable.”

• Clean, convenient, name-brand, pool.
• Pool and hot tub had some maintenance issues that needed to be resolved.

“Nice hotel. Elegant lobby and atrium. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Did not get a chance to get dinner or check out the bar, but look like it was a top notch.”

“We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated and set up well for business travel as well as leisure travel. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean.”

• The room smelled smoky but we didn't request a non-smoking room.

• Hotel staff went out of their way to change room assignment and make me feel welcome.
• Air vents need cleaning and were noisy in this particular room - not so in other room I visited.

“I have visited Holiday Inn Bowling Green, KY three times. The hotel is very attractive and clean. It has the air of a resort, sporting a waterfall at the elevators and a garden patio atrium. Each time I visited, I found the staff to be friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay a pleasant one. I asked once to have my room moved away from noisy elevators, and the staff complied post haste with a smile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer business travelers the amenities necessary to conduct after hours business. The linen is always crisp and clean - no dingy bed sheets or stray stains on the floors or bathrooms. The only thing I saw consistently in error with the hotel were the dirty vents in the bathroom two of my three trips. As you step into the shower it's not a pleasant sight, nor typical of the way the room is kept in general. Overall, the Holiday Inn is a great place to stay in Bowling Green. You feel safe, relaxed and just a little spoiled.”

• 3 different pillows with different firmness- big clean room.

“I would come back to this hotel. It was clean, classy, and the staff was very friendly. I was only there for one night, but I could have used the pool and the weight room. I also received a complimentary newspaper the next morning. This was a very nice hotel.”

• We had a water line problem on the day of check out and could not shower. No one notified us.

• Carpet had a big stain on it and bathroom sink leaked.

“We stayed on the third floor and had a beautiful view of the water fall. Nice big hotel and it was nice having a restaurant in the building. All in all our stay was very nice.”

• Noisy.

“Great hotel, clean, well heeled, nice amenities and good customer service. The acoustics, however, are reprehensible. Make sure of your room assignment before committing to the stay. Rooms by the elevators, fountains or ends of the hallways are very noisy.”

• It was an old Embassy Suites turned into a Holiday Inn. Very nice!
• Liked everything.
