• Nothing was great.
• Everything was horrible.

“This hotel was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed to. I love the Comfort Inn. This hotel wasn't awesome. The staff was in the bathroom for about 15 minutes. I just decided to go the Comfort Inn. It was way faster. They have better room and staff.”

• Breakfast area clean well stocked.
• Room requests not satisfied.

“Recently had a wedding in Gallatin. There were approx. 15 rooms reserved for out of town guests. Many did not have a reservation, requests for rooms next door (because of small children) etc. Were not carried out. The manager was 'somewhat' accommodating but many people were disgruntled and not positive with their stay.”

• Continental breakfast was outstanding, workout facility hours were great.
• Staff and mgt unorganized.

“Had checked my reservations 2 times before arriving. They got me another room right away. They also did not want to see my id although I had my reservations over the internet and my charge card was not signed. It was explained to me that they could "tell" when someone has a stolen charge card. Often the front desk was unmanned while the desk person was outside smoking or talking on the cell phone. The air conditioner unit was also too noisy. The staff was genuinely friendly though, just a little unorganized.”

• Great pillows very clean room bed slept well.
• Very pricey.

• I stayed at many hampton Inns and they were very nice at all the other chains. I enjoy the chain and will stay at another location. The beds are more comfortable than other hotels.
• RUDE. RUDE. RUDE staff clerks at the check in desk.

“The hotel clerk was rude. The next morning my bill was not correct and that clerk was rude. I was getting drilled with questions. When called on their mistake, they were rude!!”
