• Convenient location to Warren Dunes and many restaurants.
• Na.

“Room was clean and staff was nice. Laundry room was directly across from our room and the smell of natural gas was so bad we could not stand it. Breakfast area was way too small and only had 1 toaster and 1 waffle maker so the line for breakfast was unbelievable.”

• The different people at the desk were friendly and accommodating.
• Ran out of Kleenex but the person who cleaned the room did not replace the box.

“The room was pleasant to come back to after a day at the beach. My husband did not like the smell of the air conditioner but I did not notice it myself. The lighting made it a little hard to read in bed. The breakfast was sufficient for our purposes. I felt things were clean which is important to me.”

• Sheets, breakfast.

“The breakfast was never stocked. The sheets made my wife break out with some sort of rash on her legs. We stayed at the Hampton for 3 nights afterwards and the rash went away. The room was decent at best.”

• Toilet was not bolted properly to floor.

• Convenient for getting around the area, upgrade to king suite was worth it.
• Staff was uneven-manager was trying hard.

• It was close to home. Our air conditioner was out and we couldn't stay there.
• Far too expensive.

• It was quiet, Not many people there.
• Was a simple breakfast bar. They ran out. And staff stood there at the end waiting for us to get done.

“It was clean, knowing they had 3 adults staying in the room, we had to ask for more towels and T-paper. The place was dark, and that was not a Continental breakfasts. Just a breakfasts bar wit waffles, that they ran out of.”

• Nothing.
• The fact that they didn't actually reserve a room after receiving your booking.

“It was a complete disaster: they failed to reserve the room we had booked (2 beds, non-smoking) and all they had left was a smoking room with a king, which was utterly unacceptable to us. And all this in the middle of the night, and after we had called to make sure they got the booking! You should remove this hotel from the list you are willing to book.”
