• Good location.
• Had to pay extra for a non smoking room.

“They said they would change our room to non smoking, but when we arrived they said they didn't have any left. Then they said they had a cancellation and we could have that room for an extra fee. I feel I was taken advantage of. I'm not happy about it!”

• It is in a good location.
• Management was extremely rude and unhelpful.

“Worst hotel experience ever! Upon arrival was told I did not have a reservation by manager's wife. Would not store luggage when arrived early. Did not honor a request that had been previously arranged by phone with one of their employees.”

• Reasonable priced and comfortable.
• Decorating, and took awhile for the room to cool down.

“We did not eat at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel decoration needed updating. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Closeness to the interstate.
• The woman at the front desk was very rude and had no communication skills whatsoever.

“Outside of the rude staff person, it is an okay place to stay for the night if you are traveling.”

• friendly people - they did not speak much english
• worst breakfast ever -- cheap -- also, could have cleaner rooms and better amenities.

“I personally would find a better value at other hotels offering a free continental breakfast. All they had was 2 kinds of cereal, toast, and mini muffins. Coffee was terrible - no cream. Bad breakfast spot for a family!”
