• Very clean and new facility.
• Would have liked some form of protein in the breakfast buffet, but otherwise was great!

“Excellent place to stay while traveling home after Thanksgiving - wow, what a value! Very clean hotel and hotel room and believe me I check! I will not stay anywhere that does not meet my high expectation for cleanliness. I examine the bathroom, the toilet, sink, tub, carpet, mattress. I lift up the mattress and box springs, remove sheets, etc. You can't be too careful these days. The hallway on our floor was
clean - that is always a tell-tale sign if a hotel is properly looked after, no debris on the hallway carpet or bad odor, and nice clean walls. My bare feet will never touch the floor of any hotel room and I wear white footies, my footies were barely dirty on the newer and CLEAN carpet in our room. The Jameson Inn in Crestview, FL met my expectations beautifully. It certainly isn't a luxury hotel but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet - that's all we needed for our long journey home. Oh, one last thing - I liked that the room was not cramped. We had a non-smoking king room. There was not a very big bathroom however - no big deal though!”

• It was convenient for us and people were friendly.
• Our room was a bit small.

“We were visiting family and only used the hotel to sleep, but room was clean and staff was great. Coffee and biscuits were good too! Thanks for the good time!”

• Quick action by staff to change our room when we discovered that the air conditioner did not work.
• Would have liked breakfast to have something for the diet conscious.

• I liked the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room.
• Not able to check in earlier.

“I would stay here again if I was in the area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good variety of breakfast food.”

• They had the softest towels I have ever had at a hotel.
• The carpet was an ugly green color.

“Our overall experience here was great. It was definitely better than I expected. The staff was friendly, the bed was really comfortable, it didn't smell and the towels were so soft. The only thing I didn't like was the color of the carpet.”

• Nice rooms, very clean, good breakfast, close to restaurants/interstate.
• Check your bill when you leave. Two phone calls on mine that didn't connect.

“They have you sign your bill agreeing to the amount charged for the room but they can't disclose the amount to you. Weird. Other than that everything is very nice. Clean. Convenient.”

• Decorations.
• Bathtub was cracked & caulked which didn't hold.

“We had joining rooms, the air was broke in the room our girls had and we had to keep the door open to cool their room, our beds were not mad ewe did not get clean towels even when the dirty ones were put on the floor. the bathtub was cracked and they caulked it and every time you got in the shower it cracked open again. overpriced for what we had.”
