“I made a request to have a king room and got a double/double. It was a handicap room but the only difference is it has grab bars in the tub. That just is not true, the work desk is smaller (I was there on business with lots of paperwork!), the bathroom area is taken up with a huge handicap shower chair, the wet bar is smaller, the split bathroom does not exist, there is no counter in the bath/sink area, etc. Please don't mislead me. I am a huge user of Hyatt Place hotels.”

“The hotel is really nice and well maintained. The lobby had plenty of sitting area to read or gather with friends. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The lobby serves great espresso drinks for coffee lovers. The free breakfast is limited to fruits bread and cereal so you pay extra for waffles and eggs. Our room was clean and well kept. There is a sitting area, office space that is partially separated from the bedroom area. However, the bathroom could be a little bigger for a three star hotel. Overall, we enjoyed staying a week at this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and very well decorated. The large screen TV with computer connections was a plus. I was able to conduct business from the room with out a hitch. We would highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure travelers.”

“The whole hotel was clean and bright and very contemporary decorated. The room was very nice with comfortable furniture, bed and linens. Plush towels and a large flat screen TV were a nice plus.”

“I've stayed at this hotel several times. The staff was always friendly and helpful. However, their computer check in/out system is a bit over complicated. Whenever I've extended my stay it seems to take longer to just re-program the key card then when I initially check in. Also they have an automatic air scent sprayer near the hotel entrance. The scent is strong and unpleasant.”

“A very nice, new, contemporary hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows, love the small kitchenette in the room. Only complaints were a few large stains in the carpet and no waffles for the breakfast, both of which surprised me for a Hyatt property.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised because this hotel was rated 2 stars. It was much better than that. The room was very clean, the design of the room was wonderful and the big screen TV was a bonus. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice also.”

“It was a very nice place. It was out of the way of our destination but we were happy to make the drive for a nice place but when we got there we were stuck in a double bed. I would have been happier with a queen in a crappy hotel. Would appreciate some sort of reimbursement.”

“Overall this was a great place for the kids and I to stay. All employees but one went out of their way to be friendly and helpful to those staying there. All of the common areas were spotless. My room was spotless. Just about anything you could want or need was at your fingertips.”

“Upon arrival we were told that we couldn't have the king size bed room because they didn't have one clean. I found this odd considering we checked in at Midnight, not at 11:30 am when checkouts are at 11:00 am. They couldn't get a room cleaned in 13 hours? Then when we arrived in our room, it was not clean and looked like someone was still there. The ironing board and iron were out in the middle of the room. There was a McDonalds drink cup setting out. There were dirty towels laying out. The bed was made but looked like someone had just been laying on it. There was beer left in the fridge and 2 liter soda left out on the counter. They couldn't clean our king size room we ordered so they give us a room with 2 double beds that was not clean.”

“Nice room, lobby, pool. Someone should empty the various trash receptacles on a timelier basis. $2 for a Pepsi is acceptable, but to add 18 cents tax was in poor taste.”

“Took family on trip to Atlanta, and this was our stopping point for the first day. Kids loved everything about this place. Begged us to stay longer. No pool inside, but very nice pool outside. I was shocked that this place was only a two and one half star hotel. Would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.”
