• The front desk manager.
• It was dirty and the non-smoking room had been smoked in.

“I am normally not a picky person. This hotel was very dirty. The sheets, the washcloths and the room. I attempted to cancel my second night more than 24 hours before my check in time and I could not cancel only one night.”

• Very easy to find and convenient to highway access and restaurants.
• Being female, I would not stay at this hotel if I was traveling alone, I was given a ground-floor room.

“We were transporting an automobile on a car trailer, so when I read on your web-site that the parking lot could accommodate R V's, bus or trucks, this is the reason we chose the hotel. I was leery that this might be a truck stop or in the "bad" part of town, neither of these is true. The best thing about the hotel is they served a continental breakfast each morning. This isn't a luxury hotel but it was clean the staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and it served our purpose, but would not stay in this hotel if I was traveling alone, because it has outside entry to the rooms (this should be prominent in the description on the web-site) and that is a safety issue for female travelers.”
