• The staff was fantastic.

“This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff went above the call of duty. The rooms were very clean and large. There is a tennis court, which my family took ample opportunity to use. We felt very safe here and will stay here again.”

• All suites - with good space. Helpful staff. Good location.
• Rooms are a bit old, but well maintained.

“This is a great hotel for business travelers, leisure trips, and small families. The couch folds out into a bed so, with a cot, you could sleep 2 adults and up to three kids. The suites are wide open, though, only the bathroom (toilet & shower) is closed off so not a lot of privacy. Breakfast was good. Location is great for the area. Easy access to interstates, right on 280, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes.”

• The rooms were spacious; the bed was very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was great.
• We needed one more chair for bar in kitchen.

• Suite / layout of Living Room - Free full breakfast.
• Not sure if they charge for local calls - don't like that.

“Desk got me into a room around noon which was very convenient. Loved the room - especially the kitchen and living room area.”

• Great reception upon arrival. Better facility than expected. High Quality.
• Nothing.

“We were so well pleased with this hotel that we were almost embarrassed about the low price we spent. It was more luxurious than we expected and clean and friendly. Great breakfast too.”

• I like the stand alone style. It was more like being in a condominium. Every convenience of home.
• The whirlpool was discontinued and that there was not hot tub.

“The Inn was very nice and quite a steal for the price paid. The grounds were nice and the building well kept. The staff friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay there again.”

• Layout of the suite, 90 plus channels, fireplace.
• Bed was ok, not great.

• The complimentary hot breakfast.
• Rooms were not up to 2.5 star standards. poor quality.

“Building and rooms reminded me of a 20yr old apartment complex. Bed linens were old and dingy. Furniture and decor was severely dated. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in bathroom. The lobby was nice but the rest of the place was low rent.”

• Amenities, complete continental breakfast, room size.
• Uneven walks, dirty cup in kitchen, hairs in shower.

“Nice hotel, very courteous staff and very understanding since we had a handicapped person with us. However, the shower had ruminants of hair from the previous occupant, a dirty coffee cup was returned to the cupboard, and incomplete room cleaning/crisply service no coffee Fri or Sat on the day following Thanksgiving didn't expect service Thanksgiving Day.”

• Free breakfast and kitchen (refrigerator/microwave) in room
• Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. Manager responsive to problem.

“I really enjoyed having the suite type setup with living area and kitchen. It really made it feel more like home. The free/hot breakfast was great and having internet access on a computer in the lobby was very very helpful.”

“The Residence Inn is conveniently located in the lovely Inverness area. It is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room in the studio. The breakfast was good, too.”
